Strain-stress analysis of fixed bone of foot
Zapletal, Jakub ; Fuis, Vladimír (referee) ; Návrat, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the rigidity of different variations of foot fixations. In the thesis there is a description of elementary anatomy of foot and its patology. Furthermore the possible corrections of hallux deformities and chosen fixators are described. The problem of analysis is soluted by the method of finite elements. The thesis also includes steps of geometery model creation based on 3D scanning. Three differents types of fixations are compared in this thesis and each of them is created in two different levels of details. There is a comparation, analysis of final solutions and chosen influences on the rigidity in the conclusion.
Premium Student Housing in Olomouc.
Dohnálek, Ondřej ; Remeš, Josef (referee) ; Fišarová, Zuzana (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of student housing in the city of Olomouc. The building is located near the university dormitory accommodation of Palacky University. It is designed to complement the missing type of accommodation. Building is a L-shaped five-storey, without a basement and with a flat roof. Structural system is mostly brick, only part of first floor is solved by columns. The building is divided into three building complexes. Two wings for the accommodation have 4 floors. The connector block has five floors, where the 5th floor is only the engine room. Foundation structures are concrete strips and foundation pads. South side of the building is protected from the sun by sunscreens, on which in a future could be installed photovoltaics. The building is divided into three parts in terms of functionality. 1.NP consists of commercial premises in the southern block and private rooms for accommodated in the eastern block. 2nd-4th floor forms spaces designed to accommodate students. Accommodation capacity is 105 people.
Office and logictic building
Navrátil, Ondřej ; Ing. Michal Štrba. Ph.D. (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
Design of a steel supporting structure for one-storeyed hall based on ground plan of 60 x 80 m, clear height 10 m and total height 13,3 m. In the front part there is along the whole widht designed two-storeyed skeleton structure penetrating into the hall. From the second floor rods supported frontal part which exceeds ground plan by 2 m and on the right side is closed by pre-set cylindric structure with radius 8,6 m which covers the right frontal corner of building. The cylindric structure is around its perimeter distanced max 3,6 m from hall grand plan and is supported by posts. Both spaces had saddle roof with 8% slant, gutter edge in height 11,6 m, top line in height 12,8 m. Walls are around perimeter closed by horizontal atic in height of 13,3 m. Shape and dimensional design, load specification – stady, utility, climacic load. Calculation of imide forces and further static dimensioning of the main supporting elements and selected details. Elaboration of design documentation (dosposition, production drawing of the anchorage plan, details definited by project supervizor).
Design of Transtibial Posthesis With Use of Additive Manufacturing Technology.
Kopecký, Martin ; Náhlík, Luboš (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of a transtibial prosthesis by additive manufacturing technology. Based on walking biomechanics and the current situation of knowledge a prosthetic foot has been designed for a patient with low level of physical activity. Furthermore, the thesis describes the design of an individual socket for the patient. The socket has been designed by reverse engineer procedure based on the three-dimensional geometry of patient´s stump obtained by 3D scanning. Testing samples of the foot and the socket have been made for the check of functionality of both the devices and then subjected to mechanical tests in accordance to the methodology regulation ISO 10328. Finally, the thesis depicts the FDM technology used for the production of functional samples of the designed devices; assembly of modular transtibial prosthesis and its testing by the patient.
Structural changes in the support phase of the step under the influence of increasing load using pressure shoe insole
Krejčí, Tomáš ; Šťastný, Jan (referee) ; Korvas, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the structural changes in the support phase of the step under the influence of increasing load. The measurements are provided by the "Medilogic WLAN insole" system, which can be used to perform static and dynamic pressure measurements on the feet using pressure sensors. In the theoretical part, information concerning the development of the lower limb, especially the leg and foot, and their anatomical structure is described. The biomechanics of gait is also described, including the main phases of the gait cycle. In the practical part of the thesis, the measurement methodology is described, including the instrument setup and the aids used during the measurements. Furthermore, the data processing procedure and its final analysis are presented.
