Analytical workplace for gas valves
Skočík, Pavel ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
This work deals with the measurement of parameters of different types of gas control valves, of a assembling measuring workplace and development of a program for a complex control system consisting of the Siemens acquisition boards and software resources LabVIEW. The program stores the values of inlet and outlet pressure, flow, time or modulation current into a text file. The timing and number of samples can be changed. Outlet pressure versus time or modulation current is displayed on the monitor chart.
Flow sensor
Symerský, Tomáš ; Psota, Boleslav (referee) ; Kosina, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In its first, theoretical part, deals with the theory of fluid and gas flow, heat transfer and diversification of sensors for flow measurement working on the electrical principle. It also deals with thermodynamic principle, which can be used for measuring very small flow and low-temperature ceramics that is used to implement microcanals for sensing very low flows. The practical part of the thesis deals with the very simulation of the entire structure in the program “COMSOL Multiphysics” - both in 2D and 3D views. Then there is shown the implementation and measurement of the flow sensor in a low-temperature ceramics, working on a thermodynamic principle.
Integration of flow and pressure sensors into the compressed air plant subsystem
Rýznar, Jan ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
The work deals with the design of the project solution 1007 - Měření průtoku vzduchu. The subject of the project is the integration of flow and pressure sensors on compressed air distribution in the paper industry. The solution uses decentralized peripherals together with a programmable logic controller communicating with each other via the Profinet network. Operating software for programmable logic controller and decentralized peripherals and HMI panel is parth of the project. As well as drawing documentation including solutions for powering individual components.

Overview of sensors suitable for active flow control methods
Kopylov, Gleb ; Dvořák, Petr (referee) ; Brožek, Petr (advisor)
The main purpose of this bachelor thesis was to create the overview of the sensors developed for the future active flow control applications and overview the sensors already used in the active flow control applications. The sensors have to fulfil several requirements, so selection for the overview was based on the real flight test programs results, which were described in the first part of the thesis. The sensors technology description and operation principles were included in the second part of the thesis.
