Multifunctional building in Uherské Hradiště

The subject of diploma thesis is the construction of technical project documentation for building realization - Multifunctional building in the town of. The object has three floors with residential attic and basement garage. The land is in the city center Uherské Hradiště and This is a building in the vacant space between existing objects. Construction is rectangular in shape, roofed with a gable roof and is designed from traditional building materials.

This Bachelor thesis is a project focused on a detached two floor family residence without a basement located in Letosov, Nesovice. The house is designed for a four member family. On the first floor there is a vestibule which is the entrance to the hall with staircase. The hall is the main access space to all other parts of the house at ground floor level. It is the entrance to the living room which is connected to the dining area and kitchen which includes a storage room to the side. Access to the bathroom, sauna, utility room, and terrace behind the house is also from here. Part of the first floor is also a garage, which you can approach from the outside on the right from the main entrance. The garage also has a backdoor to the terrace. Access to second floor is via the staircase in the hallway. On your left side there is a main bedroom and a children’s bedroom. On your right side there is a bathroom, office and second children’s bedroom. The children’s bedrooms are divided by a clothes changing and storage room, which you can enter from both bedrooms and also from the first floor landing. The roof of the house is comprised of a single coated flat roof with a 5 degree angle. The exterior coat is made from grey PVC coating DEKPLAN 76. The outside main walls are built from ceramic concrete blocks POROTHERM 50 EKO+ whilst the interior main walls are built from POROTHERM 30 P+D and dividing interior walls from POROTHERM 14 P+D. The horizontal main construction is made from ceiling crossbeams POT and inserts MIAKO which also comes from POROTHERM. The ceiling on the second floor is pitched at a 5 degree angle.
Multifunctional building in Staré Ransko, interiour and finishing works

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is the solution of technological phase of interior and finishing works in the multifunctional object in Staré Ransko. The thesis is concentrated on the implementation of the floor structures. At first from the implementing hydro insulation to the stepping plies, which are created by vinyl and pavement. The building will serve for accommodation (four flats 2+1) and for training of company employees. The thesis deals with the technical report of selected building, the situation of transport links, the item budget with a bill of quantities, the technological specification for floor construction, the solution of organization of construction, the construction site, the time schedule, the proposal of the mechanical assembly, the quality solution, the occupation safety and the comparison of the two sort of flooring.

The lot is situated in the urban area of the village Vlčnov. The lot is gently sloping. House is detached house with two floors. The second floor is an attic. The house is accessed from the local road. It is designed for a family of four or five members. The entrance to the house is located in the first floor. The business premises is in the first floor and it is in the back part of the house. The roof is made as gabled roof.
Office low-energy building of research center in Brno

The aim of this master thesis is to design an office building for research institute in Brno. In the first part there is designed building structure. The building has two floors. First floor with four offices, toilets, storerooms, kitchen and utility room and second floor with two offices, toilets, conference room, kitchen and two roof terraces. The main entrance is oriented towards north. Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks, floor slabs are from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building façade is insulated with ETICS. In the second part there are designed systems of heating, mechanical ventilation, cooling, lighting and use of rainwater. Third, cooling analysis of research institute AdMaS in Brno is made. The designs are drawn in AutoCAD, thermal calculations in DEKsoft.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with building technology of finishing works of the apartment house in Oslavany u Brna. The main part of the thesis addresses technological regulations. The regulations solve the technological process of bearing layer, wear layer and, also, inner plastering. The thesis also concerns itself with the block plan, the principles of organization of construction, proposition of mechanical composition, control and test plans, occupational health and safety (OHS/OH&S) and itemized budget with time schedule.

This thesis solves the desing documentation for implementation of kidsgarden. The land is situated in the village Kramolna. Land is oriented to the southwest. The kidsgarden is detached as two-store building without basement. In kidsgarden there are designed three departments for children´s stay and multipurpose hall. The total projected number of children is 60. The building is founded on footings and covered with a flat roof. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.

Bachelors thesis solves design a house with a business plan. Family house is located on a land parcel number 6180 in Skalica, in Vinohrady Kolébky. Building area is 157.2 square meters. The building has two floors, the basement. The house is for 4 people, and the basement will serve as a facility for small wineries, the orientation of the rooms south, north and west. Perimeter, internal bearing and non-bearing walls in the ground floors are designed from Ytong walling system in the basement are the supporting structures of concrete blocks and partition of Ytong system. Ceilings are made using joists and inserts Ytong. The family house is covered with a gable roof with hipped roof, the slope of the roof planes is 42 °. Windows, entrance and patio doors are made of wood from the manufacturer Vekra.
New building of nursery school

This master´s thesis is focused on suitable design of a new nursery school building. Nursery school is situated in suburban area, and as such two level design was chosen. The building has U shape outline. Ground floor is intended for basic operation of the nursery school, while the second floor is designed to accommodate various extra-curricular activities. Foundations of the building are made of plain concrete. Porotherm system is used for all walling. Ceilings are made of precast hollow core slabs - Spiroll. Object is covered with a flat roof.
