Bakalářská práce řeší projekt rodinného domu s podnikatelským záměrem. Rodinný dům je umístěn na pozemku parcelní číslo 6180 ve městě Skalica, v oblasti Vinohrady Kolébky. Zastavěná plocha domu je 157,2 m2. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je podsklepená. Dům bude pro 4 osoby, a suterén bude sloužit jako zázemí malé vinařské firmy, orientace pokojů je jižní, severní a západní. Obvodové, vnitřní nosné i nenosné stěny v nadzemních podlažích jsou navrženy ze zdícího systému Ytong, v podzemním podlaží jsou nosné konstrukce z betonových tvárnic a příčky ze zdícího systému Ytong. Stropy jsou tvořeny pomocí stropních trámů a vložek Ytong. Rodinný dům je zastřešený sedlovou střechou s polovalbami, sklon střešních rovin je 42°. Okna, vchodové a terasové dveře jsou dřevěné od výrobce Vekra. Bachelors thesis solves design a house with a business plan. Family house is located on a land parcel number 6180 in Skalica, in Vinohrady Kolébky. Building area is 157.2 square meters. The building has two floors, the basement. The house is for 4 people, and the basement will serve as a facility for small wineries, the orientation of the rooms south, north and west.
