Bakalářská práce řeší stavebně technologickou etapu dokončovacích prací bytového domu v Oslavanech u Brna. Hlavní část práce tvoří technologické předpisy. V předpisech je řešeno provádění roznášecích vrstev podlah, nášlapných vrstev podlah a také provádění vnitřních omítek. Dále je v bakalářské práci řešena situace stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, zásady organizace výstavby, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plány, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a položkový rozpočet s časovým harmonogramem. Bachelor’s thesis deals with building technology of finishing works of the apartment house in Oslavany u Brna. The main part of the thesis addresses technological regulations. The regulations solve the technological process of bearing layer, wear layer and, also, inner plastering. The thesis also concerns itself with the block plan, the principles of organization of construction, proposition of mechanical composition, control and test plans, occupational health and safety (OHS/OH&S) and itemized budget with time schedule.
