Determining floor flatness using laser scanning

The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine the flatness of the floor using two methods, levelling and laser scanning, their subsequent comparison and evaluation of differences between them. The thesis deals mainly with laser scanning and namely the used scanner and the software for point cloud processing. Furthermore, there is a compilation of existing technical standards dealing with this topic.

New lightweight floors with secondary raw materials

The thesis deals with the development of new type of lightweight floors based on secondary raw materials. In the introduction, the current knowledge in the field of lightweight building materials, especially screeds and lightweight porous concrete, is presented. The thesis describes brief history of production of aerated concrete and its development up to the present. Further, the thesis describes the procedure of design and testing of new lightweight materials for use in floors. The proposed recipe has been thoroughly tested and the best combination of components for use in lightweight porous concrete floor screed has been selected. The thesis also examines the microstructure of the material being developed. The main result of the dissertation is the developed product, which is already used in practice and is produced and sold on the market as part of the system of lightweight building materials.

Family house

Topic of this bachelor thesis is project of family house in Bojkovice on Pitínská street. House is designed for four members family. The building has ground floor, first floor and basement with inbuilt garage and terrace. Vertical circumferential and supporting constructions are designed according to Porotherm system and are equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal constructions are also designed according to Porotherm system. Roof construction of the object is composed by two flat roofs. The object is settled into slightly sloping terrain. Drawings were worked out in software AutoCAD. The part of the project is a thermal technical analysis, acoustic and fire safety review.

Static analysis of moving skyscraper

The thesis is about static analysis of moving skyscraper (inspired by The Dynamic Tower). There is a rotation of each particular floor around its axis independently on each other. In this thesis, moving skyscraper is solved as a whole piece with specialization in the moving floors and their mounting on the core of the building.

New building family house in Třebíč

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a newly constructed family house located in Třebíč. The house was built using Porotherm brick – type blocks and Miako hollow ceiling bricks. The roof is of an gable design. The house has two overground floors – the second floor takes of a livable attic. The land is flat. All construction was done according to valid CSN code.

This thesis focuses on the design and preparation of project documentation Fire Rescue Station South Moravia, in Vyskov p.č.2472 / 1. Building design respects the city plan. It is shape and matter does not form an accent. The building is divided into three operating units on the premises standing together with garages, as well as workplace Prevention Department and the Department regional office. It has three floor and one souterrain, roof flat.

Damage extent analysis of dry floors in case of a flood

The thesis is focused on analysis of damage extent of dry floors in case of a flood. In the first part it deals with problems of buildings´ stress factors in the point of view of building physics, floor composition and its connection to constructions of timber houses. In the second part it describes testing of three experimental floor samples during simulated flood. It examines and evaluates the behavior and the way of spreading of the leaking water and the effect of moisture on the materials.

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.

The target of this thesis work is design of family house with two separate building units on concrete place in Bystrice pod Hostynem. The intention is to create functional disposal solution to take account everyday working. The new building is given for family about four people and one grandparent. The emphasis is given on general visual impression and design. Building is designed from KM BETA construction system with wooden outdoor facing on the part of facade.
