Apartment house with children´s club in Senica

Th The objective of this bachelor thesis is to project an apartment block with kids daycare club located in the town of Senica. The block has a partial basement and five floors. The kids club is situated on the ground floor – purpose of this area is spending childrens‘ free time. This space is solved with an entrance of its own and with other one from the playground. On the ground floor there is also a special flat for persons with movement and orientation disabilities. The main entrance to the building is designed for accessibility, too. All dwelling units are designed as above the standard ones in the terms of area, flat layout and equipment. On the third and fourth floor there are three dwelling units for one, two and four persons. Two more units, for three and five persons are located on the third and fifth floor. The roofing of the building is solved as a single-coat flat roof.
Family House

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly-built apartment building in Opava. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a basement. In the above-ground floors are located common house equipment and 14 flats. In the under-ground floor is located collective garage. Flats in the first floor have own terrace and flats in second up to fourth floor have balconies. The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof. The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a newly detached built with two-storey and none basement, with garage and a barrier-free establishment in the place Brno - Sadova. Each object is covered by a flat roof. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks and ceiling structures are designed as a system ceramic-concrete ceilings and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building at the level of the first floor is divided into three parts, namely a shop of animals and pet supplies, double garages and daily subsistence part. On the second floor there is a quiescent residential area.

The bachelor thesis deals with designing a family house with a business premises in Dvůr Králové nad Labem at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 2294/71, Dvůr Králové nad Labem territory. The building object is without a basement and with two above-ground floors with a wall construction system from brick blocks POROTHERM, based on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. In the house there is a bussines premises of the person who lives there. The Business premises is used for administrative purposes. The entrance to the house is located at the north-west side and the entrace to the working part is located at the north-east side.
Low-floor apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the town of Dolní Heršpice. Cadastral area of Dolní Heršpice on plot No. 401/53. The building of the apartment building has 6 residential units, cleaning rooms, chambers of apartments and a pram room on the above-ground floors. The staircase connects the above-ground and underground floors. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey partly basement with a flat roof. The structural system of the apartment building is longitudinal. The foundations are made of concrete foundation strips. The perimeter load-bearing masonry is in the basement of concrete blocks of permanent shuttering, in the above-ground floors of ceramic blocks, as well as the vertical support system inside the building. The ceiling structure on all floors consists of a stacked ceramic-concrete ceiling. The staircase is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof from fall wedges. Thermal insulation of the house is made of basalt waves.
Load-bearing reinforced concrete structures at the new residential building

The thesis deals with static assessment of load-bearing structures in a new family house. The house has several atypical structures. One of them is a flat roof of reinforced concrete with large overhanging ends. Furthermore, a large window lintel with a span of 8 meters, which is designed with prestressing ropes due to the large span and avoidance of lintel deflection due to the glass window underneath. The building is partly basement with a white bathtub type construction.

The aim of my thesis was to create a detached house on the slope with a flat roof. The object is made from modern innovative technology steel frame modules. Detached house has a partial basement. Basement is from the bricks and serves as the main entrance to the building. In the first floor are located only residential spaces.

The aim of this work is the construction of a technological project for the construction of roof structures of a new apartment building on the street Sochorova in Brno. The thesis deals with technological regulations for the implementation of flat and vegetation roofs. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assemblies, control and test plans, technical report of site facilities, work safety protocol, budgets, time schedules and a protocol on the principles of construction organization.
