Economic analysis of the chosen business company

The thesis deals with the economic analysis of the selected entity, especially in the context of an economic situation affected by several external causes (COVID-19 pandemic, energy crisis, inflation). The introductory section provides background information and the impact of the main crises that acted during the selected period between 2018-2022. The following section contains a description of the sector to which the selected entity belongs. The next section deals with a literature review with methods used in economic analysis. The methodological section includes all the methods that have been used on the selected firm and the methods suitable for selecting competing firms and comparing them. The methodological part is followed by the practical part, in which the first subsection provides a brief description of the selected enterprises and then the analysis of the selected indicators is carried out. As a complementary comparison of some indicators, Austrian enterprises were also selected for comparison. In the final part of the thesis, the individual indicators and models are summarised, augmented by the deduction of the impact of individual external influences. The last part is devoted to suggestions for improving the economic situation based on the data from the analysis.

Evaluation of the financial health of the companies involved in the network

This thesis analyzes an inter-business network, focusing on the financial analysis of the individual entities of this network and a detailed study of the financial health of the companies of which it is made of. At first, the theoretical presents methods and indicators in the field of financial analysis. Subsequently, cluster analysis is applied to research similarities between individual entities in the network and to create clusters, which contributes to a better understanding of the structure of this network. Subsequently, the network economics and the analysis of the structure of the core and periphery are defined. The practical part is devoted to a selected business network and characterizes the businesses of this network in more detail. It mainly includes the analysis of the business network using selected prediction models and financial indicators. Furthermore, the results of the prediction models are used for further analysis using cluster analysis. At the end of this work, the achieved results will be summarized and gradually evaluated. In the last part of this work, specific recommendations are formulated based on the results of this work and the conclusion of this work, resulting from the performed analysis, is determined here.

Financial health of the agricultural enterprise

This thesis deals with the topic of financial health of an agricultural company. The literature review describes financial analysis as a tool for its assessment. Furthermore, it introduces the sources, users, and basic methods of financial analysis, including absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratio indicators, and notably specific methods such as creditworthiness and bankruptcy models. In the analytical part, a financial analysis of the key indicators of the selected agricultural company is conducted. Subsequently, the results of the financial analysis are utilized in predictive models, the outcomes of which, based on comparisons with industry averages, lead us to the answer regarding the financial health of the enterprise.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

Bachelor thesis gives analyze financial situation of the selected company in years 2013-2017 and the subsequent proposals for improvement of the situation. Theoretical section defines information about aims, concepts and used methods for financial analysis, as well as presented the company. The second part, deals with own work, is focused on processing and application of individual indicators to the analyzed company Czech Sport Aircraft, a.s. The last part contains recommendations for improving the current financial situation of company.

Evalution of Corporation´s Economic and financial situation.

This diploma paper treats methods of financial analysis and thein use for evaluation of the economic and financial situation of a company. I tis dividend in free parts – a theoretical one, an analytical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part of this diploma paper there are selected terminology explained and certain methods of financ ial analysis described. The kex attention is paid to elementary methods, primarily to the analysis of the status indices, ratio indices and the analysis of the system of indices. In the secon part of the paper these methods are used for processing of the financial analysis of the Spalovna a komunální odpady Corporation, in Brno. The reset of the analysis will be an evaluation of the society development during the years of 2003 – 2008, as well as an evaluation of the economic situation and status of the company at the end of the evaluation period and also an outline of a possible future development of this corporation. In the third part there will be a proposal of a solution for expansion of the corporatin presented on the basis of the results of the analysis and an evaluation of the corporation economic performance.
