Bachelor thesis deals with the financial situation of high school in 2009 - 2014. The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial situation of the school by using cost-benefit analysis and propose measures for improvement. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge, the second section contains basic information about the school and analysis of the financial situation of the school. In the third part is the evaluation of the financial situation of the school and subsequent recommendations for improving the use of financial resources.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is called evaluation of the financial situacion of the company Alca plast, s.r.o. in between the years 2014-2018. To perform the analysis there were used selected financial indicators and their concepts are explained in the theoretical part. Next part is the analytical one and it is used for the evaluation of their results and then for comparison with a competitors company. In the end are described proposals for changes which should bring improvement of the financial situation of company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of financial situation of the company Microtex a.s. in years 2015-2019 using financial indicators and methods. These methods and incicators are described in the theoretical part of this thesis and later on they are interpreted in the practical part of this work. In the practical part it is also analyzed the company and it is described the competing company as well. The final part presents the suggestions for improvement of the company’s situation based on the results of the financial indicators.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company

The objective of this master´s thesis is evaluation of the financial situation and the efficiency of a company. The theoretical part is focused on the elementary methods of the financial analysis and the Economic Value Added as an efficiency measure. This theory is then applied to a particular company. The practical part contains calculation of selected ratios of the financial analysis and the Economic Value Added. The entire financial situation of the company is evaluated on the basis of results, included recommendation of appropriate deficiencies.
