Conveyor Inverter - Design Lifting Mechanism

I am concern with a proposal of conceptual solution of Conveyor Inverter in my bachelor work. This Conveyor Inverter is used for the change of the direction europallet about 90° between roller and chain conveyor according to given technical parameters. My bachelor work contains complete 3D proposal, constructional and functional solutions which are based on checking calculations. Lifting of the Conveyor Inverter is done using a leverage mechanism of electric motor.
Horizontal driven roller conveyor

This thesis deal with the construction proposal of driven horizontal roller conveyor for transportation of europallets with loads 175 kg. Part of this thesis is functional calculation of roller conveyor, determination of main parameters of conveyor, calculation of solidity of shaft and shell of driving roller, design and control of frame. The thesis contains drawing documentation of conveyor assembly, conveyor section assembly, driving roller assembly and detailed drawings of shaft and shell of driving roller.
Gravity roller conveyor with unloading section

The main focus of this bachelor’s thesis is to find optimal construction solution for gravity roller conveyor with unloading section and separator to allow reliably transport, capture and release europalets of different weights individually with certain time delay. The foundation for designing optimal construction is critical research of roller gravity conveyors destined to transport europallets focused on different types of separators including comparison of main producers. This research will help realize this construction design.
Roller chopper of chain conveyor for transportation of europallets

The theme of this bachelor work is to design traversers of europallets, for perpendicular intersection between the chain conveyor and the rollway. The traverser allows lift up the europallet with load to the weight of 1200 kg. Vertical lift of traverser be given by using of pneumatic automation. The work contains 3D models of traversers, complete manufacturing facility and drawings of pneumatic connection.
