Energy assessment of civil buildings

The aim of the thesis is the energy rating of buildings. The introduction included the issues of the topic, including normative and legislative regulations, process energy performance certificates along with energy audits for residential building. The object is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental. Within the energy audit was designed and evaluated austerity measures.
Experimental Methods in energy assessment

The final thesis is focused od the experimental metods in energy rating of building. In the first part is described history of energy rating from the eigtheens to the present and described is the current trend of energy rating in terms of energy performance certificates. In the second part is elaborated energy assessment for apartment building from bricks with six residential units. For the building is drawn a total of 6 measures, of which there are 3 structural and 3 for building equipment. The measures are assembled to variants and the resulting variant is recommended, including recommendation. In the last experimental part is described the influence of shading elements on the thermal load of the room and modeled the effect of insulating double glazing and triple the overall energy performance reference room.

The aim of the thesis is a design of the best energy measures for a family house. At first there is carried out an energy assessment of the building. According to results of that survey there are drawn up some variants of measures. Furthermore, based on energy assessment results there is elaborated a project for reconstruction of the heating.
Economic analysis of building optimization

The Master’s thesis deals with the energy savings of a prefabricated house. In the theoretical part, the issue of investment and risk management are first dealt with. Afterwards, the thesis deals with large panel construction in the Czech Republic, energy performance of buildings, heat losses, and especially methods for invesment appraisal. The main objective of the thesis is the economic analysis and the life-cycle analysis. The case study deals with the calculation of saving on heating the prefabricated house after its refurbishment and calculation of economic indicators.

The practical part describes the energy-saving measures, carried out on two prefabricated buildings and the method of financing and economic evaluation of these investments.
Energy assessment of building of municipality

The main objective of the master’s thesis is elaboration of energy audit within the theme of energy rating of buildings. Work consists of the beginning to the given theme including the actual legislative regulations. Another part is elaboration of the energy audit of building municipality with design and rating the measures of reduction of energy consumptions. In experimental part work deals with evaluation of building thermal envelope with use of thermograph measurement, also with quality of indoor environment within the use of building by measurement of concentration of CO2 and with heat and humidity balance.
Proposal of measures for reducing energy demands of food stores

The master thesis deals with measures to reduce energy performance of grocery store building. Model of the grocery store is evaluated according to a recommended energy values specified by Czech standards and according to the real values of the actual consumption. These values are compared. Final building analysis for a proposal measures to reduce energy consumption is based on the invoices of the real consumption and on the experimental assignments. Experimental measurements are the Blower door test of the tightness of the building envelope, the measures with the thermovision camera and the measuring of the illumination intensity. The most efficient proposal is extended to the whole model network of the food shops in the Czech Republic.
Energy-savings of a residential building

The thesis focuses on energy savings of an apartment building. Firstly, the basic terms concerning apartment building and their costs are explained. Secondly, the thesis looks into energy efficiency of buildings, possibilities of energy savings and methods of economic evaluation of investments. The thesis sets the goal to evaluate current state of a selected apartment building from the perspective of energy efficiency and to propose possible energy saving measures. Lastly, the thesis aims to evaluate proposed measures from economic perspective and the perspective of energy efficiency.
Evaluation of energy consumption of the football changing rooms

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of energy intensity football dressing rooms. The result is energy performance certificatee and subsequently energy report. I suggest some measures for improving the energy characteristics of the building, or to improve the building envelope or to reduce heat consumption for heating HW. Subsequently these measures were economically evaluated.
