RD Střelice

The diploma thesis subject is to design a family house on the plot number 1727 and 1726/2 in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno, which is sloping. The family house is two-storey, without a basement, divided into two separate housing units. Each apartment unit is designed for a family of three to four. The load-bearing structure of the perimeter walls of the family house consists of a wooden frame structure. The composition of the perimeter wall is diffusely open and composition of the perimeter walls is inspired by the composition of the RD Rýmařov company. The roof of the building is solved partly by a gabled roof and partly by a flat green roof. The first part of the thesis explains the issue of used structures and building elements in the construction of a family house. The second part of the work deals with the methodology of layout design and placement of a family house on a certain plot in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno. In this part of the diploma thesis, more layout and shape solutions of the building are proposed. The third part deals with a general technical description of the construction. It describes all building structures, the heating system of a family house, the calculation of the fee for removing part of the plot from land resources fund and a description of the connection of the building to the public technical infrastructure network. The last part of the thesis describes the developed energy label of the building envelope, which is an appendix to the thesis. Furthermore, in this part, selected designed structures are assessed in terms of water vapor condensation. The appendix to the diploma thesis is the project documentation for the building permit and production drawings of selected perimeter walls of the building. Another attachment is the energy label of the building envelope.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. It is a detached object on a slightly sloping terrain. The apartment building is designed as a classic brick building with five floors and flat roof. The building has twelve flat units, a café, home furnishings and technical facilities.

The main aim of the thesis is to design a new building of the mixed-use building in Brno. The building consists of two parts. One part consists of shops. The second part consists of offices and conference space. It is a building that has three floors above ground and one underground. In the basement there are a facilities and a garage. Shops are designed on the ground floor. There are offices on the second floor. Conference rooms are on the third floor. The building has a flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. In the core of the building, the vertical load bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Columns are used in the building for the possibility of open space. The masonry of the basement consists of white bathtub. The floors are designed as folded from the Spiroll system. Internal non-load-bearing walls are designed from gypsum board with double cladding. The second part of the work deals with forced ventilation, cooling and central heating. In the third part of the project I deal with acoustics. The project was carried out in the Auotocad program. All constructions comply with valid standards and regulations.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the construction of a hotel with a restaurant in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The building is designed for short-term accommodation of 50 people. The building is functionally divided into a hotel part and a restaurant part. It is a detached object L-shaped building. The building is designed as a classic building with masonry system. The hotel part is designed as a two-storey with masonry system and sloping roof. The restaurant part is designed as a two-storey with basement. This part is also from masonry system and with sloping roof. The building has 22 double rooms, 1 apartment for 4 people and 1 room for people with reduced mobility, restaurant and technical facilities.

The diploma thesis titled "Civil building" consists of three main parts. The theoretical, project and calculation sections are created. The common theme of these parts is the assessment of the energy performance of the proposed building. The object is designed as a two-storey office building that meets the current requirements for new construction under the energy certificate. The goal of the work is the design of the optimisation of the building in the form of individual options for energy certificates and their mutual comparison.
