[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu na pozemku parcely číslo 1727 a 1726/2 v katastrálním území Střelice u Brna, který je svažitý. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený, rozdělený na dvě samostatné bytové jednotky. Každá bytová jednotka je navržena pro tří až čtyřčlennou rodinu. Nosnou konstrukci obvodových stěn rodinného domu tvoří dřevěná rámová konstrukce. Skladba obvodové stěny je difuzně otevřená, systém skladby obvodové stěny je inspirován skladbou firmy RD Rýmařov. Zastřešení stavby je řešeno částečně sedlovou střechou a částečně plochou zelenou střechou. V první části práce je vysvětlena problematika použitých konstrukcí a stavebních prvků v řešené stavbě rodinného domu. Druhá část práce se zabývá metodikou návrhu dispozice a osazením rodinného domu na daný pozemek v katastrálním území Střelice u Brna. V této části je navrženo více dispozičních a tvarových řešení stavby. Třetí část práce se zaobírá souhrnným technickým popisem stavby. Jsou zde popsány všechny stavební konstrukce, systém vytápění rodinného domu, výpočet poplatku za vyjmutí části parcely z ZPF a popis napojení stavby na sítě veřejné technické infrastruktury. V poslední části práce je popsán vypracovaný energetický štítek obálky budovy, který je přílohou diplomové práce. Dále jsou v této části posouzeny vybrané navržené konstrukce z hlediska kondenzace vodních par. Přílohou diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení a výrobní výkresy vybraných obvodových stěn objektu. Další přílohou je energetický štítek obálky budovy.The diploma thesis subject is to design a family house on the plot number 1727 and 1726/2 in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno, which is sloping. The family house is two-storey, without a basement, divided into two separate housing units. Each apartment unit is designed for a family of three to four. The load-bearing structure of the perimeter walls of the family house consists of a wooden frame structure. The composition of the perimeter wall is diffusely open and composition of the perimeter walls is inspired by the composition of the RD Rýmařov company. The roof of the building is solved partly by a gabled roof and partly by a flat green roof. The first part of the thesis explains the issue of used structures and building elements in the construction of a family house. The second part of the work deals with the methodology of layout design and placement of a family house on a certain plot in the cadastral area of Střelice near Brno. In this part of the diploma thesis, more layout and shape solutions of the building are proposed. The third part deals with a general technical description of the construction. It describes all building structures, the heating system of a family house, the calculation of the fee for removing part of the plot from land resources fund and a description of the connection of the building to the public technical infrastructure network. The last part of the thesis describes the developed energy label of the building envelope, which is an appendix to the thesis. Furthermore, in this part, selected designed structures are assessed in terms of water vapor condensation. The appendix to the diploma thesis is the project documentation for the building permit and production drawings of selected perimeter walls of the building. Another attachment is the energy label of the building envelope.
