This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of current system of reward and incentive program of a specific company. Using the survey identifies the effectiveness of existing incentive program. It also contains proposed amendments to existing incentive program which should lead to greater staff satisfaction and thus to higher labor productivity.

This bachelor thesis is focused on improving functioning of the company, because it has a few mistakes in organization and controlling of the work. It is necessary to improve the style of motivation, the employees – salesmen have the job in their own hands and it is necessary to increase their willing to work more efficiently. Another area is the satisfaction of the company employees, where we have to make few investments, into computer technology, wagon lines, etc.

The practical part is based on the questionnaire. It analyses the actual situation of motivation and firm culture in the construction company and it verify the hypothesis. Then, two employees express their opinions on results of the questionnaire in the interviews. The results are evaluated in the final part and there are some recommendations for improvement of motivation and firm culture in the construction company.
