The bachelor thesis deals with labor-law relations. It focuses on optimizing the wage costs of employees that are created by employers as a result of frequent hours worked overtime linked to the growth in demand. Specifies basic concepts related to this issue. It includes an introduction to Jednota, a consumer cooperative in Hodonín, especially with the course of the creation of a labor-law relationship, and compares the benefits provided with the competition.

Analysis of motivation of social workers.

Motivation is everywhere around us. It directs our behaviour and actions to achieve a particular goal. Each organization has differently set a process of staff motivation. This is a very complex and important management tool. The evaluating and rewarding of employees is closly related to the employees motivation. The organization works properly if the employees motivation system is correctly set up. The employees who are motivated, whether financialy or otherwise, make better effort and they can thus motivate other colleagues, which may be reflected as good in whole company. But not same motivation tools can be good for everybody, which needs to be taken into special consideration. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the motivation of social workers. The theoretical part describes the motivation and the related remuneration and evaluation. For applicative part there was chosen and made qualitative research, method of questioning and interview technic using manual. The research sample was consisted of 3 social workers from different institutions that provides different social services in the district Jindřichův Hradec. One of them was a worker from an asylum home, other one was from a retirement home and the last one was from a labour office. The results of research obtained from these organizations were remited to comparison. Well drived emoployees motivation is neccesary for the organization. If we add to this also the right kind of rewarding it is very benefitting not only for the organisation but also for the employees.

The influence of education on employee's health

The theoretical part is focused on upbringing and education as health determinants in an individual. It observes upbringing and education as they create conditions for sustaining and support of health and healthy lifestyle. Historical connections and particular educational schools from antiquity up to present day are compared. Current state of affairs at schools in the Czech Republic and abroad is surveyed. Different contemporary perspectives are brought into focus, as well as attitudes in society and ensuing educational goals and competence. The empirical part is based on research designed as questionnaire survey and related analysis. The respondents are divided according to the evaluating criterion: What is your evaluation of the client-worker relationship? Particular responses: a) The worker is advantaged. b) The worker and the client are equally matched. c) The client is advantaged. The responses represent the workers' subjective sense of well-being in the workplace. The groups are then analysed with regard to their education. The survey explores whether respondents self-study, attend one-day or regular training courses, or are not educated at all. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on defining labor-employment relations with the selected employer. It assesses the current situation of the employer, which is related to the purchase of employees from the labor agencies. As a result of commission payments, there is an increase in costs for the employer. The thesis is dedicated to optimizing the costs associated with human resources. It will also detects whether the employer is entitled to one of the contributions under the active employment policy.

Bachelor thesis focuses on employment relationships and optimalization of wage costs in company NEGOCIO s. r. o. It is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytic and proposal part. Theoretical part describes law and economic concepts. In analytic part is solved the problematics of high wage costs and causes of their origin with impacts on the economy of the company. The last proposal part provides suggestions for improvement.
