Electromagnetic field calculation of Induction machine for different mechanical load

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of the induction machine electromagnetic field distribution with real parameters. Whole analysis was done for three point of the mechanical load by finite element method in ANSYS. In the next part is described a basic theoretically research of the electromagnetic field and also preliminary survey of the numeric method for FEM. This thesis also contains an analysis of electromagnetic model of analyzed induction machine with detailed description of each analysis step and in conclusion the results summary was done.
Modeling of flow on synchronous generator

This project deals with simulation´s possibilities of air flow in electric machines. A finite element method is the final element technique. Aim of this project is conversion universal formula for calculation friction dissipation factor. For its location is necessary to create 27 simulations according to the 2. plan order. Usage programme MATLAB for processing results obtain requisite algorithm for calculation friction dissipation factor.
Determination of basic nutritional parameters in edible insects

In this bachelor thesis is dicussed nutritional value of chosen insect species. Analysed samples consisted of worms, crickets and locusts. Analysed parameters were: total nitrogen, crude protein, total lipids and content of chosen elements. Total lipids were, after homogenization, determined by Soxhlet method, using diethyl ether as a solvent. Prior to protein and element determination, samples did undergo Kjehldal digestion process, using sulfuric acid. Weiniger catalyst was only added to samples digested for protein measurement. Element content was determined by optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP-OES). Crude protein was determined by Kjeldahl method. The highest protein content was determined in crickets. (75 ± 5) %. Locusts contained the highest lipid content (33 ± 2) %. We also found out, that samples were rich in calcium, potassium, manganese and zinc, which are all important elements for the proper functioning of our body. The results of this thesis prove, that insects can present nutritionally important food.
Password Cracking Using PRINCE Algorithm and Fitcrack System

The PRINCE algorithm is a faster and more advanced version of a combination attack. Non-distributed password breaking often encounters its limits, and its applicability to real tasks decreases due to the increasing demand for computing resources of the device. The aim of this work is to design a distributed version of the the PRINCE attack as an extension of Fitcrack system, which focuses on distributed password cracking. The proposed design is implemented and integrated into the Fitcrack system. The work examines the PRINCE attack on a set of experiments, which examines the impact of various configuration options. Part of the experimental part is a comparison of the PRINCE attack with the dictionary and combination attack. The purpose of the comparison is to find cases where the PRINCE attack is better than other attacks. Finally, the integrated PRINCE attack solution in the Fitcrack system is compared with the solution implemented in the Hashtopolis system.
Study of geographical authenticity of Moravian white wines

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to verify geographical autenticity of Moravian white wines based on elemental analysis. This data were completed with the analysis of organic acids, fenolic compounds and atioxidants in wines. There were used two spektrometric methods for the elemental analysis (ICP-MS and ICP-OES). The concentration of organic acids was mesured by Ion chromatography. To determine the concentration of phenolic compounds in wines there was used the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-DAD), the content of antioxidants and the total content of phenols was measured on spectrophotometer. In total there were 33 samples of wine from 4 Moravian subregions. For the purpose of determination the samples in groups the dataset was firstly corrected by Grubbs test for remote results. From those data the box plots were created which represents the minimal, maximal and mean concentrations of each measured component. Furthermore the analysis of variance was applied, which picked up 12 statisticly valuable parameters from the whole 47. By appliyng the multidimensional statistical methods (Pearson correlation analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA)) were compiled mathematical models for the division of Moravian wines according to geographical origin. The success rate of the discrimination test was 96,97%. The cross-validation test showed an 81,82% success rate for classifying unknown samples.

Brno City Hospital

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a modern and functional building of a new city hospital for the city of Brno with a capacity of 550 beds and 1500 employees. The land is limited from the northern part by a very fretted street Černovická, on the eastern side it is bordered by the river Svitava. On the southern side of the territory, it borders the existing railway line, the removal of which is expected in the future. I am counting on a possible expansion of the plot and I also have an alternative proposal for the case of expanding the hospital's capacity, see construction site situation drawing. The diploma thesis deals with the architectural study of hospital and the immediate vicinity of the building. The main idea was to use all the advantages of the area and especially the proximity of the river Svitava - the concept of "Hospital on the river". Due to the shape of the land and the character of the surrounding buildings, i choose the pavilion type of creating hospital. The total mass is divided into 4 basic blocks according to the purpose. Northern block A serves primarily as a rehabilitation wing. East wing B serves as an administrative and commercial part. Block C - maternity hospital with adjoining gynecological department and inpatient departments. And the last southern block D serves for emergencies with emergency, intervention and operating theaters and the ICU and ARO departments. In addition to the logical division, this solution also contains a philosophical idea. According to Hippocrates, the father of medicine, the human body contains four basic body juices that determine a person's temperament. This idea is closely linked to the idea of the four elements that architecture focuses on. Each of the four elements has precisely defined cannons - color, world side and human temperament. In the building, which is divided into three parts, the hockey arena "A", the hockey arena "B" and the facilities are solved. The ventilation system provides forced ventilation and regulates the air that is supplied. The devices are designed to meet hygiene requirements.
