The bachelor thesis is based on design of semi-atteched house on the street Slovenské in Lanškroun. Bulding plot is situated in new city quarter determined for family houses outside the city center. Shape of semi-atteched house is almost rectangle and it is made of two parts where each part is designed for family of four to five members. All living rooms are oriented to south that allows residents to enter the garden and the patio in first floor. Each part of house includes garage for one car.

This is about new semidetached house in Šternberk. The object is intended for two four-member families. The object is designed as H-shaped. The house is designed with one upstair floor, living attic and is partly basement. Floor plan of the living part is roofed with saddle roof and ceramic roofing. The garage between the living parts of the object is roofed with flat roof. The perimeter walls is insulated with the Contact thermal insulation system. The bearing masonry is made from ceramic blocks, ceiling construction is made from ceramic-concrete beams and ceramic inserts.

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is preparation of project documentation for new semidetached house in the village of Žerotín. Semidetached house is designed with one above-ground floor, attic and partly with a cellar. The building is designed for two four-member families. Semidetached house plan consists shape ,,H". The building is covered with a gable roof with concrete roofing. Outer walls are insulated contact insulation system. On the first floor, there is a garage for cars. The objective of the bachelor thesis was to design a semi-detached house where each part of the house is built as a separate dwelling unit. The semi-detached house is located on plots no. 5136/4, 5136/7 and 1395/1, 1395/2 in Brno, district Lisen. The house is free-standing, with no basement and it has two floors. The entrance and access road is located on the eastern side of the property. The supporting construction is designed from the Velox system. The roofing is divided into two aisle roofs with various inclinations. The house offers accommodation for 4-5 family members.

The building in question is a new build home comprising two housing units. It is situated in Brno-Horní Heršpice, a quiet district that is well connected to the city centre. The house features two above-ground habitable floors as well as one underground floor, which serves as a cellar/storage space. Designed as an ultra-low energy building, the house has a shed roof with a folded sheet rooftop. THERM-type bricks are used for the construction while thermal comfort is achieved by a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) featuring façade polystyrene. In addition to the house as such, the land also includes a garden with a swimming pool for each housing unit. The building forms part of a terraced development.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a new building on a specific plot in Ratíškovice. The wooden building will be added to the existing neighbor's house, creating a semi-detachet house. The introduction focus on the village of Ratíškovice, a construction system for wood-based constructions and the foundation of an object near terraced houses. Before the proposal, the dispositional variants and their evaluation are outlined. The practical part deals with the design of compositions and thermal technical assessment. The output of the thesis is a technical description, visualization and blueprints documentation of semi-detached house.
