Řešený objekt je novostavba rodinného domu o dvou bytových jednotkách. Stavba se umístěna v klidné městské části Brno-Horní Heršpice s dobrou dostupností do městského centra. Jedná o dům se dvěma obyvatelnými nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním, které slouží jako sklepní prostory pro skladování. Objekt má pultovou střechu s krytinou z falcovaného plechu a je řešen jako pasivní. Stavba je navržena z cihel typu THERM a tepelný komfort je zajištěn certifikovaným systémem ETICS za použití fasádního polystyrenu. Kromě samotného domu se na pozemku nachází zahrada s bazénem pro každou bytovou jednotku. Jde o součást řadové zástavby. The building in question is a new build home comprising two housing units. It is situated in Brno-Horní Heršpice, a quiet district that is well connected to the city centre. The house features two above-ground habitable floors as well as one underground floor, which serves as a cellar/storage space. Designed as an ultra-low energy building, the house has a shed roof with a folded sheet rooftop. THERM-type bricks are used for the construction while thermal comfort is achieved by a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) featuring façade polystyrene. In addition to the house as such, the land also includes a garden with a swimming pool for each housing unit. The building forms part of a terraced development.
