Compare the efficacy and efficiency of traditional milling technology with trochoidal Milling

This thesis deal with possible ways of producing grooves in industrial companies and include a new technology using trochoidal grooving. Part of this work is compare the technology of trochoidal grooving with the production of the same groove using conventional milling on the concrete example and draws the suitability, advantages and disadvantages of using trochoidal grooving technology. Thesis was created in cooperation with Seco Tools CZ s.r.o. and with its specialized employers.

Further presents choice of semifinished product, possible production methods of grooved barrel, description the method of rotary forging, usage of rotary forging and main principles of forging machines. There is shown technological proces of specified barrel in the last chapter, which is displayed by description of operations with a relevant pictures.

Further presents the overview of other production methods and describes the method of rotary swaging, its use in production of the small arms barrels and basic principles of forging machines. In the last chapter there is a general manufacturing process of general forged small arms barrel. Noise suppression of six pole induction machine

This thesis deals with noise of electromagnetic origin of six pole three-phases induction machine. Task thesis was rendering literature review. Analysis of the problem consists of various analytical calculations using Matlab and subsequent comparison of results with measured data on real induction machine. The last part of thesis is a summary of conditions for induction machine with low noise.
Cemented carbide tool materials
