Modern trends in logistics of shipments

Unstoppable digitization and globalization help to develop online shopping and the transport of goods is an integral part of this trend, so the bachelor's thesis "Modern trends in piece mail logistics" defines trends in piece shipments, especially in terms of e-commerce in the domestic and foreign markets. Furthermore, the work includes a questionnaire survey and controlled interviews, which provide an overview of existing delivery and thanks to these data, a solution for logistics practice is proposed at the end of the work.
Data boxes as a method of delivery in civil proceedings

The title of the thesis is "The data-boxes as a delivery method in civil proceedings". The thesis describes the significance of data-boxes in civil proceedings and deals with electronization of the legal institute of delivery. Delivery constitutes one of the basic legal institutes of civil proceedings which has undergone many changes in recent years. The key source of law for the given topic is law No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code, as amended, especially by the amending law No. 7/2009 Coll., which has introduced obligatory use of the data-box-system in civil proceedings, and law No. 300/2008 Coll., on the Electronic Acts and Authorized Document Conversion, as amended, which has incorporated data-boxes into our legal system. The aim of the thesis is the analysis and subsequent comparison of the advantages of delivery via data-boxes. The thesis compares and evaluates various methods of delivery - delivery by means of a delivering body and by means of the public data network, i.e. particularly by means of an e-mail with electronic signature and by means of a data-box. Delivery in civil proceedings

The aim of my thesis is to analyse the institution of delivery in civil proceedings, the paper is especially focused on practical problems and also electronic delivery, first and foremost data-boxes. The study also contains the part describing delivery of documents to foreign countries and to member states of the European Union. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical definition of the key legal concepts and the delivery into data-boxes is examined there. In the second part there is also described in detail the delivery of documents to foreign countries (and from foreign countries to the Czech Republic, too). Finally, I attempt to draw a short comparison between regulations of delivery in civil proceedings in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. Delivery comprises one of the key legal institutes of civil proceedings. The principal source of law for delivery in civil proceedings in the Czech Republic is constituted by Law No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code, as amended by Law No. 139/2015 Coll. Evidence of population by No. 133/2000 Coll. focusing of the place of residence and problematice of official addresses in the performance of state administration and civil proceedings.

This thesis focuses on the way of inhabitants registration in the Czech Republic according to the Act no. 133/2000 Coll., Resident register Law and on institutes associated with the inhabitants register. The main goal of this thesis is to explain the issues of inhabitants registration, the statutory provisions and the history of the registration of inhabitants in the Czech lands. Another aim is to clarify the terms official address, register office, why and by virtue of is this institute granted to citizens. This thesis will also focus on issues that are connected to institute of official address in connection with the delivery of civil or administrative proceedings. In the practical part there will be evaluated questionnaires which were sent to authorities of municipalities with extended powers in Ustecky Region, Central Region and in Prague. In the end of the thesis there are suggestions for possible changes in connection with the submitted draft amendment to the Resident registry Law.
Data boxes

The main topic of the diploma thesis is the development of data boxes in the Czech Republic from the very beginning to its current valid legislation. It focuses on the law No. 300/2008 on electronic operations and authorized conversion of documents. This law has integrated the data boxes into the Czech rule of law. Besides, attention was given to the main terms related to the electronic communication via data boxes (data message, data box, establishment of a data box, types of data boxes). Furthermore, in the thesis is also mentioned the project of data boxes at the town hall for the region of Prague 13. The possibility of submission a request on establishment of a data box for individuals has also been discussed. In the conclusion were given remarks and recommendations related to the issues.
Effectiveness of Depo Tábor 70

The aim of this thesis is to focus on effectiveness of project Depo Tábor 70. There is economic efficiency and also functionality and better service making. If possible, better solution shall be proposed. At the end, the current state is evaluated and compared to previous state.
