Financial analysis and the forecasts of the future development of the company ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o.

This bachelor thesis focuses on an assessment of the financial health of ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. in the years 2010-2015. Its aim is to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate financial situation and prepare forecasts of future development of the company. After a short introduction to company's history, I describe specifics of performance of the company and its main competitors on the Czech market: dm drogerie mark, spol. s r. o. and TETA drogerie a lékárny ČR, spol. s r. o. According to the results of analysis I can judge that the financial health of the company is not significantly threatened. My suggestion is to improve the liquidity ratios and indebtedness indexes, as they have the biggest impact on the company's financial situation. In addition to the analysis a short-term plan for the year 2016 is created, where the company's profit for the next year is estimated at 23,178 thousand CZK.
Mgazine active beauty as an effective toll of marketing communication

This thesis is focused on communication efectivness of the customer magazine active beauty within the framework of communication activities dm drogerie markt company on the Czech market. In the first part based on theoretical resources the role of customer magazine is defined and supported with real examples. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the customer magazine is an efective tool of marketing communication of the company. As a main method the descriptive analysis is used along with competition analysis and questionare survey. The findings are formulated as recommendations for future improvements and development of the magazine in order to become more effective marketing tool within the communication of the company.
Loyalty of customers to the dm drugstore

This thesis is about the characteristics of consumer behavior and loyalty. Loyalty of customers is examined in the market with drugstore products concretely at the dm drugstore. Using marketing research conducted by questionnaire survey are detected information, whereby are deduced facts about customer loyalty to the dm drugstore. The thesis is divided into several chapters, two of them are purely theoretical, one chapter is devoted to the description of the selected chain - dm drugstore, after that follows research - secondary data are analyzed at first and then primary data. The overarching goal of this work is to determine whether customers are loyal to this drugstore and why. However, this entails several sub-goals - why customers go shopping into this drugstore, if they go elsewhere and why, the influence of a loyalty program for their decisions, and above all specific information about customer satisfaction with the drugstore.
