Bachelor's thesis deals with design and implementation of a forum suitable for FITkit project. The first part describes widely used types of online discussion and forum systems, examines the existing FITkit forum and proposes a solution that can be integrated into the infrastructure of the current Web pages. The system is implemented using the following technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.

This bachelor's thesis describes the design of a message board system and it's implementation into the current website of FITkit project. The work analyzes message boards available on the Internet, describes a design of a new solution and it's realization using PHP, MySQL and XHTML. Focus of this thesis is placed on usability and easy administration.

The analysis of discussion forums helping users with infected computer

This work is focused on discussion forums, when they are viewed as a means (one of the methods) for malware removing from computers. In the theoretical section, the assumptions and actions that precede to the successful removal of malware from a computer are firstly described. It is based on adequate knowledge of users about computers, when there is a list of options, mentioned in the text, where users can acquire this knowledge. Next, this section describes the symptoms of strange computer behavior that may be caused by malware. It is followed by characteristics of selected types of malware and list of options where users can solve their problems with infected computer. At the end of theoretical part is a list of preventive measures to prevent infection of computer by malware. The practical part is mainly devoted to the analysis of discussion forums, where the common characteristics of the majority forums are firstly described, and subsequently three forums are selected and analyzed in detail, based on the list of common characteristics with a focus on mentors (moderators) on this forums, their activities and qualifications, and focused on the procedures for dealing with malware infected computer.

The bachlor thesis Presentation on the Internet of the company: Current options analyzes ways how to promote the restaurant Svatý Prokop. Methods used by restaurants are very dependent on the financial and time availability. Often these are family businesses, where most of the promotional activities are carried out by managers, who can not perform these activities to the extent needed. Conclusion of the thesis is a proposal how to improve promotion due to accessibility for the examined restaurant.

Use discussion groups to support education at universities

Focusing the thesis, the issue related to web 2.0 education at universities. The term web 2.0 is defined in the first part of the thesis. There are given its characteristics and an overview of the most used tools. Specifically, the topic of this thesis is one of the tools of web 2.0, which are discussion groups and their influence on support education. Discussion groups are generally characterized in the second part, which are created criteria for comparison and evaluation. The third part is devoted to four selected school discussion forums, which are described on the basis of previously established criteria and evaluated from different perspectives. Another aim of the thesis is view the using of Internet discussion groups by students of universities. It is recognized by the method of answering questionnaire, which is devoted to the last fourth part of this thesis.

Sledujeme vytváření virtuálních organizací, zájmových komunit, budování sociálních sítí. Integrujeme se do těchto struktur v rámci našeho zaměstnání a také v rámci našeho volného času. Prozkoumáme počátky tvorby těchto komunit a jejich současný stav. Popíšeme vliv technologie na jejich vznik. Způsob jakým dochází k přenosu informace a jejího uchování. Jakým způsobem ovlivňují tyto elektronické vztahy jedince a jeho okolí. Pro naše potřeby jsme vybrali BBS, Usenet, mailing listy, on-line diskuse typu IRC, chat, instantních zpráv.
