Data for the Creation Orienteering Maps
Panchártek, Jan ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
This thesis is about using airborne laser scanning data for making maps for Orienteering. In this thesis were used altimetry data DMR 4G and DMR 5G. These data are provided by ČUZK. The control measuring was made in choosen area to verify the accuracy. In this thesis is described procedure of data collection and their treatment. The results of this thesis are two illustrations of the orienteering maps.
Processing of images taken from UAV
Ptáček, Ondřej ; Plánka, Ladislav (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the processing and evaluation of the pictures taken by unmanned aerial vehicles - UAV. The introductory part is devoted to the definition, use, applications and types of UAV especially for photogrammetric purposes. Also the software equipment is described, including a description and examples of several types of possible outcomes. Further the measurements, computational works and process of elaboration in used software programs are described. Achieved outcomes of elaboration are also presented. In conclusion, the overall evaluation and assessment of the results of measurement is done of set of points.
ASSESSMENT OF PHOTOVOLTAIC POTENTIAL OF ROOFS IN PRAGUE AREA
Klouček, Tomáš ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Hofman, Petr (referee)
Assessment of photovoltaic potential of roofs in Prague area Abstract The main aim of thesis is creation of algorithm for determination photovoltaic potential roofs of buildings using the basic tools of ArcGIS software for the knowledge a digital surface model and vector layer of built-up area. Possible electrical power and return of investment is also calculated for better assess of the suitability location. The sequence is inserted for easily using into ModelBuilder tools. The functionality of the model is verified by applications in Prague 8, Karlín and it is visualized in several maps. In addition there is a briefly summarized introduction to photovoltaic and possibilities of using GIS in this field in this thesis. Keywords: Photovoltaic, GIS, Digital surface mode
Blocky accumulation mapping from RPAS LiDAR and image data
Kolář, Michal ; Potůčková, Markéta (advisor) ; Dušánek, Petr (referee)
With merit of constant development in measuring technology it is possible to obtain data of high resolution and accuracy describing Earth's surface. During the project "Vegetation and Krkonoše tundra change detection method development by analyzing data from multispectral, hyperspectral and LiDAR UAV sensors" high quality data were acquired, with point density reaching up to 800 points/m2 and orthophoto of GSD 0.02 m. Data are capturing cryoplanation terraces in NE parth of Luční hora in three time periods: June, July and August 2019. The aim of this work is to devise a methodology of blocky accumulation mapping and evaluating detail of data. Key words: blocky accumulation, laser scanning, UAV, point cloud, orthophoto, segmentation

Remote sensing data usage for solving of illegal permanent stands cut down issues
Introvičová, Sabina ; Hájek, Filip
It is possible to use remote sensing data for Forensic Ecotechnique: Forest and Trees expert’s assessment processing. The image data from some satellites are free on line at present time. Also electromagnetic bands numerical depiction can be obtained from the on line satellite imagery using the open source GIS Viewer QGIS. The way of remote sensing data usage for forensic experts is shown on an example of expert’s assessment regarding the cut down forest. A significant change in forest cover is possible to find when two Landsat-8 satellite images acquired at the different time are compared. We are able to obtain the height of the cut trees from the normalized Digital Surface Model. The height is a quantity needed for the cut trees reconstruction.
