High School Teachers' Teaching Styles and Possibilities of Their Detection

For the needs of research and measurement in pedagogical-psychological practice, different categories of approaches are constructed as to grasp the teacher's interaction and interaction in the educational context. The presented work approaches the understanding of characteristics of student and high school teacher interaction through the prism of educational styles. The aim of the theoretical part is to define and map various approaches and models of educational styles, to present essential characteristics and their importance in the educational process. After defining approaches, work is being developed to identify educational styles. The design of a quantitative research project is aimed at identifying high school teachers education styles through the QTI (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction). The mapping project is aimed at investigating the real impact of teachers on the basis of their self-reflection and reflection of students through a questionnaire survey. At the same time, the project aims to submit the obtained data to a comparison of both views of the participants in the educational process.
