Analyse of photovoltaic solar cells by the photoluminescence method
Baura, Tomáš ; Bača, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of solar cells by photoluminescence method. Photoluminescence method is based on the excitation of luminescence radiation of the solar cell material by an external excitation light source. This method can detect various types of defects in the material solar cells. The main objective is the design and realization of a measuring system defects of solar cells, which is based on this method. For excitation of luminescence is used LED array. For the detection of luminescence is used CCD camera with IR optical filter. To filter out the excitation light radiation is used disc screen and optical interrupter. The parameters and options of this measuring system are verified and characterized by test measuring for example the achievable rotation speed of screen and response of optical interrupter. At the end is tested detection of luminescence radiation of solar cells in the measuring system. The measured images are compared with the method of electroluminescence.
Software for LBIC method
Kučera, Filip ; Veselý, Aleš (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is focused on one of the diagnostic methods of fotovoltaic cells the LBIC (Light Beam Induced Current) method and the experimental measurement set-up for this method, which is operated by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Technology in Brno. The principle of photovoltaic cells function, the possibly used material and the problems usually encountred during production are described in this work,. There is also a review of methods that can be used to detect defects in photovoltaic cells. The main part is devoted to the proposal of a new experimental set-up for the measuring LBIC method and software development for this set-up. There is a proposal of a new method of measurement, which is also implemented using the development environment Borland C + +. Newly developed software for this method allows simpler operation and more efficient measurements.
The possibilities of diagnosis of dyslexia in children
Matějovská, Lucie ; Morávková Krejčová, Lenka (advisor) ; Mertin, Václav (referee)
The research study focuses on the development of new appropriate tools suitable for dyslexia assessment of primary school children (grades sixth to ninth), and a process of their pilot standardization. The inspiration was found in the existing tests for different age groups and methods used abroad. Four newly created tests were included into the test battery (test of visual perception, phonological manipulation, auditory segmentation and rapid automatized naming) as well as two already existing tests, which are a part of the validation study (test of auditory discrimination from Novak's Diagnosis of specific learning disabilities battery and Symbol search subtest from Wechsler intelligence scale for children). The research group consisted of 155 students of primary school (grades sixth to ninth), 61 dyslectics and 94 intact students. The results between the intact group and the dyslexic group differed significantly in all tests. The test of phonological manipulation showed the strongest differentiation. The study includes a correlation analysis between the tests and norms created for both groups. The presented predictive model was able to correctly identify 77.4 % of "cases" in relation to the criterion dyslexic - intact group.

Role of diagnostic imaging in hydronephrosis
VOSMÍKOVÁ, Anna
I have chosen the topic of my thesis ?The task of displaying methods for a hydronephrosis ground diagnostic? thanks to the many possibilities of diagnostic and laboratory screening methods. Hydronephrosis and its matters is often discussed topic within a medical staff - how to examine it and which method is the most effective. This is the main goal of my work as well. The main goal of my work is to compare the most effective and the most informative screening methods of the outcome urinary system. Furthermore, I would like to introduce a proposal of an applicable method of the outcome urinary system visualization. I set up the hypothesis, that an outcome urography which used to be the main radiologic method of diagnostic of hydronephrosis, is nowadays successfully replaced by the complex of the modern displaying methods. I have done a quantitative research in two Prague´s hospitals with an accreditation. I focused on 30 patients with a hydronephrosis (also derived from the secondary source) in each hospital. I compared a number of the screenings to which the patients were indicated and also the screenings the clearly displayed the ground of the hydronephrosis. I have also registered the ground of hydronephrosis, which primary was not the goal of my work. It is used to apply an ultrasonography as the first choice of diagnostic in cases where there is the suspection of hydronephrosis in FNM and ÚVN. Ultrasongraphy is a method without ionising radiation and with the fast kidney structure evaluation. It was not always shown clearly by ultrasound by patients with hydronephrosis, and that is why the other methods like RTG, CT, IVU and MR were used. The scintigraphy was done as well, but only for TNM staging tumours. The first objective of my work is a comparison between diagnostic methods. This target was met in the research results, added by charts. The second objective, to present a plan for an appropriate method to display outcome urinary system, is not possible to fulfill. The same procedure cannot be used for each patient ? considering the different ground of the hydronefrosis, we need to use individual attitude. I also present an extensive chapter on causes of hydronefrosis in my work. According to the results I confirm a hypothesis, that an outcome urography is nowadays mainly replaced by modern diagnostic methods, mostly by the computer tomography. In the end, I would like to mention, that the work of the radiologic assistant has changed nowadays, especially thanks to the development of radiodiagnostic and of the digitalization. Radiologic assistant has become very important part of the medical team. His/her work also includes a communication with a patient, his/her monitoring during the screening, and a professional communication with the medical team. The knowledge of the new work methods, its principles and the work with the new Pc programs (e.g. PACs) is also indispensable.
Possibilities of using graphological diagnosis on adolescents.
VESECKÁ, Pavlína
This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to explaning one of the projection psychodiagnostic methods ? graphology. It is about the technic which enables to deduce mental characters of humans out of the analysis of their manuscript. The research part of the thesis surveys the range of practical use of graphology by adolescents, which means how often the handwriting experts are dealing with handwritings of adolescents, what reasons are the most common for manuscript analysis, mostly if this method is used to decide upon a suitable highschool or university or job and what is the limited age of writers for using graphology.
Graphic Activities of Children at the Beginning of Their School Attendance
RODOVÁ, Jana
This bachelor work deals with the issues of the creative expression of pre-school children and early school-age children. The theoretical part of consists of psychic analysis and development of the creative expression, diagnosic methods dealing with the drawing, symbolism of the drawing and even a colour-talk in children´s creative expression. The practical part works up with a analysis of the childen´s art pieces on both sides, the formal and the content, and compares these drawings together with the children´s age and sex.
