This bachelor’s thesis presents possibilities and directions of the development of small company. It describes the structure of small company and the problematic of its development. The main aim of my master´s thesis is suggesting developement of a small company based on a critical analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis is explained the basic concepts which will be used in analytical and conclusion part. In analytical part of the thesis there is performed analysis of internal and external environment. On the basic of analytical part, will be detected the proposal for development. In the conclusing part the changes are proposed for introduction into the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the project of entrepreneurial intention of business development. First part contains theoretical introduction of basic concepts, methods and information. The second part deals with the current state of company and the evaluation of its financial health. This part is about Porter´s five forces model, SWOT analysis, SLEPT analysis and financial analysis. The last section is about overall evaluation of this project and about improving the financial situation of the company.
