The thesis focuses on selected positive and negative emotions and their influence on the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors to destinations in the Czech Republic. The aim is to evaluate the selected emotions on visitor satisfaction and loyalty and based on the results, suggest recommendations that could lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty. The theoretical part is devoted to tourism and emotions, as well as their connection to satisfied and loyal visitors. The practical part includes an evaluation of a questionnaire survey based on the statistical method of Spearman's correlation coefficient and interpretation of the results.
Zhodnocení rozvoje cestovního ruchu v Kyjově

This bachelor thesis focuses on tourism in Kyjov. The aim is to evaluate the current state and identify possibilities of its further development. The theoretical part is described the main theoretical basis for the elaboration of the thesis. The analytical part combines the socio-economic profile of the city with descriptions of tourist-attractive areas and an analysis of the capacity of accommodation facilities. Using the method of semi-structured interviews with important people in the field of public administration and tourism in Kyjov, we try to gain a deeper insight into the topic. Based on the data obtained, a SWOT analysis and subsequent evaluation of tourism development is carried out. The identified deficiencies are supplemented by specific recommendations for improving the current state. The results of the work have the potential to provide the city of Kyjov with significant information for further planning and implementation of tourism development.
Analysis and effectiveness of Dubai City marketing strategy in the years 2010-2020

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and effectiveness of Dubai's marketing strategy during the years 2010-2020. The theoretical part introduces key concepts related to marketing and destinations, including the definition of marketing and destination, destination management principles, marketing mix and communication mix. The descriptive part of the thesis describes the development of Dubai as a tourist destination and identifies the factors that have contributed to its success. The practical part includes a comparative analysis of marketing activities in the periods 2010-2015 and 2016-2020, supported by a questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis, communication recommendations are then proposed.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to identify the consumption behavior of visitors to the tourist area of Znojmo, to segment the market on the demand side and to propose changes in the consumption behavior of a selected segment for the sus-tainable development of tourism in the destination. The theoretical part is devoted to literary research, which defines the basic concepts such as destination, consum-er behavior, segmentation and sustainable development. The practical part described the destinations of Znojmo and Podyjí and then evaluated the data from quantitative research. Based on the performed segmentation, segments suitable for proposals related to the sustainable development of the destination were selected.

Brno: Mendel University, 2021.The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the destination within microregion Kroměřížsko and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the basic concepts of tourism, such as the forms of tourism, types of tourism, destination management, marketing of tourism and quality of services in tourism. The practical part of the thesis is focused on describing selective, localization and realization factors in the microregion. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was created and based on the answers obtained, which had the worst evaluation. Proposals were made to improve the quality of the destination of the microregion.
Influencer marketing v cestovním ruchu

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of influencer marketing in tourism, specifically with the cooperation of destination agencies and influencers in order to promote destinations. The theoretical part is focused on internet marketing, influencer marketing, tourism and tourism destinations. The practical part includes the analysis of data that were obtained using qualitative and quantitative surveys in the form of interviews and questionnaires. Based on the knowledge gained from the theoretical and practical part, recommendations were made for destination agencies and influencers, which can help with more effective future cooperation. At the end of the work, an optimal way of cooperation of both subjects in the destinations of the Czech Republic is proposed.

Sobotová, S. The influence of service quality factors on the visitors loyalty in the Liptov and Tatras regions. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University. 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the level of influence of destination quality factors on the loyalty of visitors in the mountain regions of Liptov and Tatras. In addition, the work examines the satisfaction of visitors with quality factors in the summer and winter seasons. These are then compared with the importance of the same factors. Marketing research was used to obtain primary data using a questionnaire survey. The data were then evaluated using IPA analysis and multiple regression analysis.
Geolocation games as an opportunity for tourism development in selected locality

The main goal of this dissertation is to propose the best solution for the increase of visitors and for bigger likeability of given location through gamification based on an analysis of the current situation of tourism in the region. The basis for the practical part was a literal research that deals with the explanation of marketing terms which were used in the dissertation and their utilization in chosen project afterwards. Part of the theoretical section is also the explanation of the term gamification, its types and their other use as a possibility of tourism development in less visited locations.

Analysis of tourism in Český Krumlov and its surroundings

Tourism is one of the most dynamic parts of the service sector in the national economy. This research analyzes the current state of tourism in Český Krumlov and its surroundings, especially the incoming tourism of domestic clients. The intensity of tourism in a specific destination increases exponentially and brings its positives and negatives. The thesis describes specific factors that affect the current situation. The basic elements of the analysis are supply of the destination, thus attractiveness and amenities of the destination, and demand that creates the very destination of tourism. The aspects characterizing the current state of tourism are specified according to the data collected from the survey.The investigation aims to evaluate the subsequent procedures leading to the development of tourism and to satisfy the increasing needs of domestic tourists. Among other things, the thesis presents tools and products, which can be used to achieve further development of tourism in the destination.
