Ejectors and it's utilization in industry
Zejda, Vojtěch ; Hájek, Jiří (referee) ; Vondál, Jiří (advisor)
This work aims at introducing ejector pumps. It describes the working principle, advantages and disadvantages and restrictions of their usage in various applications. Main disadvantage of ejectors is the low efficiency which limits the usage only in specific applications where it is not considered to be a crucial factor. Therefore, examples of usage of various ejectors in industrial processes are listed further. Last but not least, in these examples are also demonstrated difficulties and reasons why it is favourable to use an ejector rather than other types of pumps. Further off, this work deals with design methods of ejectors and compares their suitability. It appears that not all the methods are suitable for ejector design, because it depends greatly on presumed shape of a certain ejector. In the end, there is compared energy intensity of an ejectors and common centrifugal pumps and confirms energy disadvantage of ejectors.
Methods of the Payment Protocols Design
Matúška, Peter ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This paper analyses some existing approaches in security and payment protocol design. It describes protocol design using simple BAN logic and using derivation system. Special attention is paid to composition method, which is based on the design of complicated protocols from small parts called primitives and it is demonstrated on design of purchase procedure of SET protocol. This method was automated and implemented in C++ language, which allows designer to generate set of candidate protocols according to his needs and this set can be further used for next phase of protocol design process.

Use of the positive impacts of the project method in youth apprenticeship.
ŠIMKOVÁ, Martina
The thesis is focused on exploiting the positive impacts of project-based apprenticeship youth. The theoretical part focuses mainly on design methods, its formation, the basic ideas and principles. The practical part of the actual project determines whether there is a real situation in the implementation of the principles of design methods. In conclusion, a structured interview with students who participated in the project.
Technical and technological solutions building maintenance, rehabilitation or construction of the lower house in order to remove excess moisture.
BLÁHA, Bohumil
The thesis aimed to examine the problem of excessive moisture in existing buildings and to design a suitable construction and technological procedure including the analysis of particular options and their economic analysis. For this purpose I chose a particular family house with excessive moisture. I elaborated basic characteristics of the building, where I described the age of all parts affected by moisture. Next I described used material, that was incorporated into the ground plan of the house. To make a complex view I described the surroundings of the building as well. Apart from that I worked out a basic reconnaissance of the bedrock, which included the analysis of radon threat analysis. Furthermore, I described the moisutre manifestations in the building and their possible causes. Based on this analysis I suggested a construction and technological procedures consisting of two solution options, which were in detail described and incorporated into the ground plan of the building. I calculated the costs of both solutions and finally the most suitable solution was chosen with a corresponding proper explanation.
