Cílem této práce bylo seznámení s problematikou nadbytečné vlhkosti ve stávajících objektech a dále navržení technicko-technologického postupu, jehož součástí byla analýza jednotlivých variant včetně jejich ekonomického posouzení. Pro tento účel byl vybrán konkrétní rodinný dům, ve kterém se vyskytuje nadbytečná vlhkost. Byla vypracována základní charakteristika objektu, ve které bylo uvedeno i stáří jednotlivých dotčených částí objektu. Dále byl popsán materiál (těchto částí), který byl zakreslen do vyhotoveného půdorysu objektu. Pro ucelený přehled o objektu bylo popsáno i okolí stavby. Pro vyhotovení návrhů bylo nutné provést základní průzkum, který spočíval v určení charakteristik podloží. Součástí tohoto průzkumu bylo posouzení stávajícího objektu z hlediska radonového ohrožení. Poté byly popsány projevy vlhkosti v objektu a jejich možné příčiny. Na jejich základě byl vyhotoven technicko-technologický postup obsahující dvě možné varianty řešení, tyto navrhovaná opatření byla podrobně popsána a zakreslena do půdorysu objektu. U těchto variant byla vypočtena orientační cena, za kterou by bylo možné tyto práce realizovat. Na závěr práce byla vybrána nejvhodnější varianta a tento výběr byl patřičně odůvodněn. The thesis aimed to examine the problem of excessive moisture in existing buildings and to design a suitable construction and technological procedure including the analysis of particular options and their economic analysis. For this purpose I chose a particular family house with excessive moisture. I elaborated basic characteristics of the building, where I described the age of all parts affected by moisture. Next I described used material, that was incorporated into the ground plan of the house. To make a complex view I described the surroundings of the building as well. Apart from that I worked out a basic reconnaissance of the bedrock, which included the analysis of radon threat analysis. Furthermore, I described the moisutre manifestations in the building and their possible causes. Based on this analysis I suggested a construction and technological procedures consisting of two solution options, which were in detail described and incorporated into the ground plan of the building. I calculated the costs of both solutions and finally the most suitable solution was chosen with a corresponding proper explanation.
