This bachelor thesis deals with the design of over-the-head headphones, specifically supraaural headphones. The main goal of the thesis is to design headphones that use the currently unconventional way of controlling volume and songs with the help of simultaneously receding mechanical controls on the device. Emphasis is placed on safety, ergonomics and user-friendliness. The design took into account the knowledge gained in design and technical analysis. The resulting product is modern headphones with an innovative headband connection and controller solutions designed for the younger classes of the population.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the design of a communal carrier for implements. The aim of the text is to guide the reader through the course and result of the work. the work is the design of a utility carrier for the terrain, using an electric drive. The work deals with technical, ergonomic, shape, color and material solutions. The cabin of the carrier is designed in such a way that it allows a wide view when working, and the appearance of the carrier is, thanks to the minimalistic approach to design, a unique and distinctive character of electromobility.

The topic of the master thesis is the design of the sampling centre. The aim is to design a specialized sampling center for a team of workers who will be able to easily collect patient samples from saliva or nasopharynx and then test them in appropriate working conditions during a pandemic situation. The design is supported by design, technical and ergonomic analysis and complemented by insights from expert consultation. The design is beneficial in addressing problematic situations in product use from the perspective of both workers and patients. The solution respects the links between human, machine and environment. The final design stands out with an elegant and compact solution that also comprehensively addresses the exterior and interior of the product. The main contribution of the design is the idea of a possible space solution with the placement of the necessary equipment in the situation where a collection centre has to be implemented. The design has aesthetic quality and innovative solutions.

Design of Automatic Water Dispenser for Pets

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of an automatic water dispenser for animals, specifically for cats and small breed dogs. The goal is to create a product design that meets ergonomic, hygienic, and aesthetic parameters with the possibility of remote power support and remote control of the device. The device must be easy to operate and maintain for users, safe for both animals and users, and also have protection against misuse by the animal. All internal components must be protected against water intrusion. The final design of the water dispenser for animals is inspired by a space theme, featuring an elegant, modern, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The product was dimensionally designed with the ergonomics of the target animal group in mind. Thanks to its construction, the dispenser is easy to maintain. Control was designed using a touch button and also through a mobile application, for which a user interface was developed. Wireless operation is enabled by lithium batteries. The product can find its application in households with animals.
Design of powder preheating for cold spray technology

Cold spray is a technology that ranks among the thermal coatings. Its main idea is to prevent both the sprayed and the underlying material from reaching the melting temperature in order to reduce the level of surface oxidation. Cold spray is a relatively young technology that is still being researched. The effect of preheating the sprayed material on the material characteristics of the cold spray is one of the research questions. As part of this work, a device for preheating the powder to temperatures of up to 650 °C is designed in such a way as to minimize interference with the current construction of the Cold Spray workstation at the ÚMVI FSI BUT in Brno. The design is based on significant simplifications of the thermal model of the preheating device and heat losses. In the theoretical part, the reader was introduced to the history of Cold Spray, the effects of various technological parameters of Cold Spray on the resulting spray. Furthermore, the requirements for the preheater device were discussed, several variants of the device design were proposed, and the equations used for the device design were written. In the practical part, the required data for the design of the equipment is obtained for the required materials of the sprayed material, different temperatures, and other input parameters of the Cold Spray injection with the help of equations from the theoretical part. Based on them, the final design of the preheater device is compiled.
