Theme of this diploma thesis is the design of ice resurfacer. It deals with design of a special automatic vehicle, which is able to execute the process of ice resurfacing, without human control. With regard to the protection of the environment and health of the people inside rink arena, the propulsion system is based on the electric motor, with batteries as a power source. Final design reflects innovation of the automatization in this area. The appearance supports the uniqueness and the timelessness of the ice resurfacer and it is build up on the principles of the streamline design, with emphasis on the purity of form.

Design of a upright drilling machine

The subject of this thesis is to propose a design of an upright drilling machine. The upright drilling machine is described in the first part. Research about machines available on the market nowadays is accomplished in the second part of the thesis. Based on this research the parameters of machine are selected in the final part and proposal of the engineering design of an upright drilling machine. Basic construction calculations are made too. The result of this thesis is an assembly drawing and a 3D model of an upright drilling machine.

Bachelor's thesis describes the basics of issue of multilayer neural networks and explains principle of backpropagation algorithm. Next part of thesis is about development of a software for learning and testing multilayer neural networks and describes its graphical user interface. Last part of thesis is dedicated to tutorial examples and practical demonstrations of multilayer neural network usage.

The first part of the project is a research into contemporary stage and production of CT systems. Consequently the new design of computed tomography is designed in a way to maximise ergonomical, technical and aesthetic quality.

Based on design and technical analysis, a product is designed that meets aesthetic, ergonomic and technical aspects. Emphasis is also placed on ease of use and intuitiveness, safety, cleanliness and accuracy of work and on ecology, which is very important at this time.
