Final thesis is focused on an entrance into an international market by company ASIO, Ltd. specialized on the field of water-management. The thesis is based on close analysis of Colombian market. The thesis is consisted of theoretical platform, analysis of macro- environments, segmentation of market, analysis of competitiveness, analysis of norms focused on water use and liquid waste and the proposed solution the company entered the Colombian market.
Teaching assistant

The thesis deals with the profession and content of the work of a teaching assistant. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of this profession and its anchoring in legislation are defined. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, the prerequisites for the performance of work in the position of teaching assistant, what his relationship with teachers, pupils and parents should be. There is also a chapter dedicated to explaining the concept of inclusion and its stabilization in Czech education. In the practical part, interviews with five teaching assistants from the first grade of the same school are recorded and analyzed. At the end of the work, the results of the interviews are summarized, the aim of which was to find out whether the teacher's assistants perform the work as prescribed by law, or whether they do something extra. The subject of investigation was also whether teaching assistants at a specific elementary school do less work than is specified in the legislation. The research shows that the teacher's assistants in the mentioned school have a job in accordance with the applicable laws. Among other things, they are also entrusted with other sub-tasks, which, however, do not conflict with the law, but mainly relate to non-pedagogical activities. Nationalization decrees of the President Abstract This diploma thesis brings a comprehensive treatise on the nationalization decrees of the President of the Republic, and the related first wave of nationalization in Czechoslovakia. This first wave of nationalization took place just a few months after the end of World War II. The primary goal of this work is a thorough analysis of the nationalization legislation of the first stage of nationalization, with emphasis on its historical roots, especially with regard to the role of the person of President Edvard Beneš. The thesis first explains the basic concepts related to nationalization, which creates the necessary theoretical basis for the following parts. The second part examines in detail the historical context that gave rise to the very idea and concept of nationalization. A special space in this section is devoted to a key person in Czechoslovak exile politics and at the same time to President Beneš. The third to seventh part forms the very core of the submitted diploma thesis. In these sections, the President's own nationalization decrees of the Republic of the Republic are analyzed in detail. The Issue of President Benes Decrees on the Czech-German relations

The bachelor thesis deals with the debate on the Benes Decrees in the European Parliament between 2002 and 2003, which took place in the context of the accession negotiations of the Czech Republic into the European Union. The paper is divided into three parts. The first chapter summarizes the development of relations between the Germany and the Czech Republic after 1989. Particular emphasis is placed on the emergence of Czech - German Declaration in 1997 and critical objection for annulment of presidential decrees. For the proper understanding and more insight into the problem, why the Benes decrees create such a barrier in the Czech-German relations, the second part of the thesis is dedicated to those decrees, which still arouses criticism and resistance. In this chapter are thus described various Decrees in detail - when and why they were established and what the consequences in practice mean for Czech and German population today. The third part is dedicated to the debate in the European Parliament, explores the attitudes and opinions of the individual politicians in the European Union and the Czech politicians, who were forced to respond to this situation. Czechs and the transfer of Germans. Forced migrations of populations in the first half of the 20th century and the agreement between the transfer of Germans and the Potsdam Conference.

The purpose of this final thesis is to find out if the often discussed question about the transfered Germans was in agreement with the Potsdam conference. First part of the thesis contains information about the theory of migration with the orientation to forced migrations and the list of events that took place in Europe in the first half of the 20th century. The second part is aimed specificly on the transfers of Germans from Czecholovakia its legal aspects and also mentions the so called "Beneš decrees".

Public Opinion about Transfer of Sudet-German and about President Benes Decrees. In November survey CVVM asked respondents some questions about Benes decrees. Currently 49 % respondents share the opinion that Benes Decrees should continue to be in force, 14 % stood up for their cancellation, and 34 % had no opinion on this issue. Another question posed was about the expulsion of Sudet-Germain people from Czech borderland in 1945-6.Almost half of respondents (42 %) considered this historical act to be just. On the contrary 39 % marked expulsion as an unjust (simultaneously majority of them claimed necessity to make a thick line behind the past) and 18 % had no opinion on this.Supporters of Benes decrees were recruited mainly from the older generation of the age of 60 and more (50 %). Young respondents (age of 15-29) were a bit hesitating. Approximately 32 % of them had no opinion on this topic at all.
