Study of an irrigation system for a residential building in the village of Litostrov

This bachelor thesis focuses on automated irrigation systems using rainwater. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to a literature search in the field of automated irrigation systems. This part contains key definitions of terms, the purpose of irrigation and its types, water options for irrigation, storage, treatment and absorption of rainwater and last but not least the procedure for determining the water requirement for irrigation is presented. The practical part of the thesis deals with the implementation of the findings for the study of the irrigation system. The result of the practical part is the design of an economical irrigation system for lawn, ornamental and cultivation areas of a residential house in the village of Litostrov using rainwater.

Use of buildings rainwater for irrigation and soaking ind the Moravské Křižánky village

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue and utilisation of rainwater. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part consists of general rainwater distribution, the formation of individual rainfall - its composition, quality, surface run-off, individual possibilities of water purification, accumulation and infiltration. The ways of using rainwater in households and gardens are also described in thesis. The practical part deals with the use of rainwater around a family house in the specific location. The area is located in the village called Moravske Krizanky in Vysočina region. In conclusion, a complete solution for rainwater accumulation, irrigation and infiltration was developed.

Problems of disposal with rainwater from a communication

Transportation has unfavorably influence on a quality of enviroment. Increase of traffic leads to construction of new motorways and to intensify the traffic on current comunications. A consequence is more polluted hard surfaces, when surface-wash contaminate soil, surface water and underground water. Devices for treating contamined water, such as oil-separators, are very actual in these days. The subject of this thesis was to test the possibilities of increasing effectiveness of mechanical separator for light liquids by installing various types of constructions. Target was to determine effectiveness of this conventional technology, which is energetically and technically simple and find out applicability for first step cleaning and further usage.

Use of family house rainwater for irrigation and soaking

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of rainwater and their use. The thesis is divided on two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part of the thesis deals with the general distribution of rainwater, from the creation of individual precipitation, their composition and quality, up to their surface runoff. Further, the individual possibilities of their cleaning and subsequent accumulation and soaking are analyzed. Part of the work is also the use of rainwater from the household to the garden. In the second part the specific location for the use of rainwater around a family house is solved. The specific location is situated in the village Voleč in the Pardubice Region. Here is a complete solution accumulation of rainwater, irrigation and soaking.
