Information System of the Mensa Organization

This bachelor’s thesis aims to design an information system for the organization Mensa Slovakia, whose current information system is insufficient for its needs. The proposed information system aims to simplify work for the organization's management, groups within the~organisation, and other users. This thesis analyzes the organization's requirements, focuses on system design, and summarizes user testing of the system. The information system was designed in PHP, with the front end designed in HTML using the template engine Twig and the CSS framework Tailwind CSS. The database was implemented using the relational database system MySQL. The main outcome of the work is a functional prototype of~the~information system for the organization Mensa Slovakia.

The final result is the design of a database system that improves the efficiency of the ordering process and supports decision making within the company. The theoretical principles are linked to practical application, which provides a basis for future extensions and integration of the system.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a biometric database for a hospital. The database is created in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and its main objective is to eliminate the need to perform routine administrative activities and to make the work of the hospital staff more efficient. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background that is necessary for a proper understanding of the problem addressed. The second part analyses the current state of the discussed problem. The third part contains a proposal of solutions for the given problems, which have been defined on the basis of the current state of the hospital.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to design and create a database system for more efficient operation of the car service. The main part of the work is the elaboration of both theoretical and practical design of a database system according to the specific requirements of the company. Creating a database system will use the sql query language in the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio environment. After elaboration and testing, it will be possible to implement a database system into an information system in classic operation.

The present work includes analysis, design and implementation of information system for the company S. N. O. P., which allows to maintain information about working with moldings. Allows to record defects, daily and periodic inspections, providing support for the planning of maintenance equipment. For the implementation used database system MySQL 5.0 and scripting language PHP 5 The information system includes security against unauthorized access and the ability of users to modify the sql commands.
