Grymová, Gabriela ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new family house in Nové Město nad Metují. The object is designed as a two-floor house, partly with a cellar. It is projected for 4 persons and its size is 4+1. Ground floor is designed into the shape of uneven „T“, while the first floor takes shape of rectangle. First floor is roofed by a saddle-shaped roof with an inclination of 30°, while the other parts of the object have a flat roof. Surface is made from wooden facade and contact thermal insulation system. Parking place is situated next to the object. The place is roofed together with a part of the first floor by the same flat roof. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and lost formwork. It has got monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and stairway.
Kindergarten
Křenek, Vojtěch ; Šobrová, Zdena (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the execution of a new building of kindergarten. The intention is to construct a new kindergarten which access preschool-age children has visual contact with nature and space of outside. This is purpose why all main windows face south. In the second floor is situated schoolroom for minor activity. The building is designed as brick, using clay blocks which are put on concrete foundation strips. Basement walls are from formwork brick fill concrete and steel armature. Thermal insulation is from contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with wood clapboard from pine (Thermowood). The roofing is designed partly as single-shell vegetative (extensive) roof and partly as a float double-shell roof with timber truss girder. Ceiling construction in the basement and the first floor is from concrete load-bearing structure.
Experimental Musical Instrument - Electroacoustic Harp
Borovička, František ; Indrák, Michal (referee) ; Dlouhý, Dan (advisor)
The work deals with the complete development and production of the elektric harp, which is endowed with new experimental elements. These elements are a damping system that opens up new ways for players to play. Furthermore, the work brings the use of unusual materials, dimensions and shapes, or the principle of sensing and subsequent processing of sound vibrations.
Environmentally advanced pension
Kovář, Martin ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of an environmental metal boarding house for the elderly with almost zero energy consumption. The guest house is a free-standing building with four floors and a middle tube, which is five floors. The first floor is more accessible to the public, there is a cafe, a social hall, offices, but also a nurse's office or technical facilities. The second to fourth floors are used for housing seniors in separate housing units. The total number of seniors who can stay here is 60. The first part of the documentation deals with the building permit for the construction in question. The entire object is made of a masonry ceramic system, which are horizontally interspersed with a monolithic ceiling slab. The facade on the first floor consists of wooden paneling, on the 2nd floor to the 4th floor there is already a facade plastered with silicone plaster. The roof structure consists of two different types, namely a walkable extensive green roof and an operational one with a roof rack. The second part of the work is focused on the engineering of the building environment, where concepts for the building's water supply were created. Furthermore, the concept of loading rainwater was solved, which is solved by a system of accumulation in a concrete sump with an overflow into a soaking device. The use of rainwater for irrigation or flushing is considered here. Heat pumps (ground / water) were chosen as a source of heating and cooling, which provide us with heat in the winter and cold in the summer. DHW is solved as an indirect heating tank, which is heated by the already mentioned heat pumps. In order for the object to meet all the requirements of today's building, we had to install forced ventilation or cooling of individual rooms for ideal thermal comfort in the summer. The concept of photovoltaic panels and the design of suitable lighting in individual rooms were also dealt with in the given part. The last part of the thesis dealt with the assessment of the source of heat and cold with regard to the consumed energy, acquisition and operating costs. The result of the given energy assessment should be the selection of a suitable source for the building in question. Sowtfare used in the work: Autocad 21, Archicad 25, Lumion, Altrea Duplex, AeroCAD, Deksoft, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Gymnasium Dolní Kounice
Julínek, Roman ; Fišer, Jiří (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The Bachelor´s work is based on the project, that was made for the subject AG035 in the sixth semester of the Bachelor´s degree. The topic of the assignment is a new building of the gymnasium in Dolní Kounice. It is a land around an elementary school in a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of one aboveground and one underground floor. The underground floor is determined as a sports hall with facilities, dressing rooms and technical facilities for the building service. The first floor consists of a social hall for the public with a representative space including a café, a judo hall and a fitness. Sanitary facilities include both floors. The whole building is solve as a wheelchair accessible building. The design of the gymnasium responds to the place and surroundings in which the plot is located. It is a simple mass, divided in height into two parts, which extend from the sloping terrain and smoothly follow it. An interesting feature is the processing of the exposed concrete wall with wooden paneling with the Olympic theme of pictograms in the corridor on the underground floor, which connects the new building with the elementary school through an underground tunnel. This motif continues on the facade of the building through colored foils for glass. The work also deals with the design of the playground on the roof of the building together with the intensive vegetation roof. The gymnasium is a good solution for the city's background. It will find its use by nursery and elementary school pupils, young people and the general public interested in sporting and cultural events.
