Contemporery state produced infuse pump.
Hubáček, Jan ; Brandejs, Jan (referee) ; Venclík, Jiří (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor tesis is to make an overwiev about contemporary state of knowledge about infusion pumps. Labour is locate to infusoin pump characteristic and constructional solving of kinetic mechanism. First part is a characterization of products from inland and external producers. Second part is pointed to the opinion poll of infusion pumps use. Close of this labour is oriented to knowledge summary and incoming development of infusion pumps.
Heat insulating moulded refractory concretes
Bednárek, Jan ; Bartoníčková, Eva (referee) ; Šoukal, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with the possibility of specific weight lowering of kaolin suspensions using air-entraining agents. These agents are usually used as concrete admixtures. The goal of the thesis is to verify an alternative possibility of creating porous structure in kaolin suspensions in order to prepare heat insulating moulded refractory concretes without using lightweight fillers. The effect of several air-entraining agents was compared, after that the dosage of agent and mixing conditions were optimized. The stabilization of prepared foams and practical application of selected agents were also part of the thesis.
DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC PIPETTING HEAD ON THE PRINCIPLE OF PERISTALTIC PUMP
Čížek, Petr ; Lang, Stanislav (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and create a prototype of automatic pipetting head that will be useful for pipetting in laboratories after attaching it to a robotic manipulator. In the beginning, a research about various types of automatic pipetting heads was made followed by a device design and component analysis. The prototype was made using 3D printing method and it utilises a peristaltic pump, Arduino microcontroller and Bluetooth interface. A measurement of repeatability and dispensing accuracy was made on the finished device. The results are evaluated in the conclusion.
Semiautomatic Dispenser Application in Flexible Low Series PCB Assembly in SMT
Prikryl, Petr ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is solving the issue of introducing the Dotmaster semi-automatic dispenser into the flexible low series surface mount technology assembly of printed circuit boards. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of introduction to the dispension of solderpastes, adhesives and packaging materials. The second part is focused on the description of the Dotmaster semi-autamatic. The last part is devoted to actual measuring and observation with the device using PD 860002 SA adhesive made by Heraeus company and SAC solder paste by Kester company. Showing the characteristics of dependecies of the shape of the dispensed adhesive and solder paste on several parameters of dispension follows.
Verification of the properties of concrete with carbon nanotubes
Kutová, Lenka ; Hela, Rudolf (referee) ; Bodnárová, Lenka (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with monitoring the properties of concrete with carbon nanoparticles. The theoretical part describes properties of nanoparticles, their dosing and dispersion. In the practical part of the diploma thesis the physico-mechanical properties of the concrete with the addition of carbon nanotubes were determined after 7 and 28 days of aging. The frost resistance test was then determined after 100 cycles. All results were compared with the reference samples.
Control of Curalon cycle batcher
Jílek, Tomáš ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The work deals with the controlling design of batching machine polyvinyl alcohol fibre, its integration into existing production technologies and the real implementation and verification of the machine functionality for which a design has been made. It also includes a design and implementation operator panel through which can be possible for production line supervising staff to set parameters and monitor the process. Firstly, there is described the default process of dosage, required conditions and restrictions for the newly established dosing machine. In the following part features of newly designed batcher are described, further it deals with the basic parameters and characteristics of selected components, which are important for the execution of its own proceedings. The next part of the work is concerned in detail with the implemented function of controlling algorithm and operator panel, which is provided through interaction with the staff supervising the production line. The last chapter provides the basic configured parameters of the controlled components.
The influence of cold RAP addition on the resulting temperature of the asphalt mixture
Bocák, Tomáš ; Hýzl, Petr (referee) ; Dašek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to simulate the effect of dosing cold reclaimed asphalt into a hot aggregate mixture, under laboratory conditions. The theoretical part will describe the possibilities of reclaimed asphalt dosing in the production of asphalt mix, together with the principles for the design of a new asphalt mix. In the practical part, by my proposed procedure, the cold portion of aggregate will be mixed with the hot portion of aggregate. The measurements will result in the final aggregate mixture temperatures and their comparison.

Problems of Application of Low Molecular Weight Heparins
Vrbenská, Soňa ; Pavlíková, Pavla (advisor) ; Schützner, Jan (referee)
Low-molecular-weight heparins (LMWHs) belong to standard drugs for prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disease. The use of LMWHs is clearly indicated in surgical disciplines. The nurse is responsible for proper technique and site of LMWHs administration. The author brings an overview of current knowledge in the field of LMWHs. Indications, contra-indications, dosing schemes and methods of administration are described in the theoretical section of the work. The aim of the empirical part of the work was to find out and to compare knowledge of LMWHs use in surgical nurses working in intensive care units (ICUs) and in standard wards (SWs). The acquisition of the data was based on questionnaire survay. One hundred nurses working in selected surgical departments in General Faculty Hospital in Prague during 4/2011-5/2011 period consituted experimental group, namely fifty ICUs nurses and fifty SWs nurses. The author found out that ICUs nurses have 3.79% better theoretical knowledge than SWs nurses. Furthermore, significant differences in knowledge in individual nurses were found out. Self-evaluation of nurses was incorrect in 52% of cases. Less than 25% of nurses knew proper site and method of administration of LMWHs. Keywords: low-molecular-weight heparins - thromboembolic disease - dosing -...
