Vliv vybraných agrotechnických faktorů na výnos a jeho kvalitu u cukrové řepy

The aim of this diploma thesis on the topic „Influence of selected agrotechnical factors on yield and its qualiny in sugar beet“ is to focus on selected agrotechnical factors (varieties and tillage, factors that have and will have significant infuelnce on sugar beet growing in Czech republic. Data from farm trials were provided by Moravskoslezské cukrovary, s.r.o. – Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. Data from small-plot experiments were provided by The Institute of Agrosystems and Bioclimatology of AF MENDELU from its own Field experiment station. The years 2021 and 2022 were evaluated. The observation was focuse on the trend of yield and sugar content in (pre-campaing“ sampling. The main goal was to evaluate the influence of factors on the final yield of the given locations at the end of campaign. Here the effect of variety and tillage on sugar content (%), yield (t/ha) and polarization sugar yield (t/ha) was evaluated. Regarding the infuelnce of varieties, it was found that the classic type still achieves slightly better results than the Conviso Smart variety. The influence of tillage shows at the evaluated locations that when plowing was used, sugar beet achieved better results in all parameters than when using minimalization technology.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of auxiliary substances in viticulture. The literary part deals with legislation and specification of auxiliary substances in agriculture. A description of the way in which herbicide safeners work in agriculture. The experiment with Albit was based on the blue grape variety Zweigeltrebe in the Slovácko wine-growing subregion in 2017. The experiment was composed of a variant treated with Albit and control variants. All the interventions in the vineyard were always at the same time and at the same intensity. The effect of treatment with Albit was evaluated on grape harvest parameters. In the diploma thesis the values of sugar content, yield of grapes, acid content and pH of must, the net yield of the experiment, the weight of the grapes from one shrub, the average weight of the grapes and the average weight of the berries were evaluated. In terms of yield, it is clear that the variant of the trial using Albit achieved a higher yield and a slightly higher sugar content than the control variant. Overall, it is clear that the variant treated with Albit proved more advantageous.

Thesis deals with and evaluates the production and economic aspects of sugar beet growing. Thetheoretical part of the thesis contains a detailed characteristics of the crop, including environmental requirements, the inclusion of sugar beet in the sowing process, nutrition and treatment of vegetation, harvesting and storage. The first part of the thesis also characterizes the basic methods of tillage, but also modern technologies. Thesis describes ecosystem services and uses in the fields of phytoenergetics or biotechnology. The theoretical part concludes with chapters that deal with the issue of growing economics, legislation and approach the current state of the industry. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the influence of different tillage on qualitative parameters, such as yield or sugar content. The experiment was carried out at a field experimental station in Žabčice, as part of the AGRO 2 field experiment. Three variants of tillage were evaluated - conventional tillage, minimization technology and direct sowing in the years 2017 -2019.

In this bachelor´s work was after studying the collected domestic and foreign sources analysed consisted of the basic parameters of the must of the vine, wine production and subsequently to frequent diseases and defects of the wine where we can meet. To the overall quality of the wine occurs in the vineyard, during the processing of the grapes, fementation of the mas hor even in the achal wine during his training or after the subsequent filling into bottles.

This thesis is focused on the impact of using soil conditioners in growing grapevine. In the experimental part the effect of Super Hume was evaluated at selected locations. It is impact on the quality and production was evaluated. The results were used to create the economic analysis when using Super Hume.

This bachelor thesis deals with methods by which it is possible to measure the sugar content in the food industry. It describes principles and procedures of selected methods and gauges suitable for these methods. Individual meters are explained on what physical principle they work on. In the next section, the described methods of measuring sugar content are applied to specific samples. Food processing operations have been selected where metering can be met. There is a procedure and description of measurement in practice. In conclusion, there are results from practical determination of sugar content of selected drinks.

This Diploma thesis was focused on the study of changes in the berry components during the ripening of the grape. Four vine varieties, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling were subjected to the investigation. Grapes were collected on four dates. The following parameters were evaluated during maturation: the weight of 10 berries, the soluble solids content, the titratable acid content and the penetration strength of the berry. From the parameters of soluble solids, titratable acids content and berry strength, the maturity index for individual varieties was calculated at the given collection date. All varieties were monitored for the development of set parameters over time and the difference between the different grape varieties. The observed varieties showed an increase in the soluble solids content during the ripening of the grapes.

In a three-year field experiment we evaluated the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on physiological processes and fertility of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.), there were two variants: inoculated with AMF compared to uninoculated control. The experiment took place at the Faculty of Horticulture, Mendel University in Brno, using Pinot noir and Lemberger planted as a field experiment and in containers (seedlings) and the second part took place in already established vineyard (mature plants). The positive effect of AMF on the must gained from mature plants of both varieties was observed at following parameters: sugar content, assimilable N, Mg and Fe. All the seedlings from both container and field experiment and both varieties demonstrated a positive effect of AMF on the intensity of photosynthesis, stomatal conductance and transpiration level. The expected positive impact of AMF on all investigated parameters was not significatntly demonstrated, which corresponds with the results of current research on this topic.

This diploma thesis studies the evaluation of wine grape PIWI varieties for the production of red wines. The experiment took place in autumn 2016, specifically in September and October. Nine type of interspecific varieties, were studied and two control varieties were studied. All varieties come from the Mikulov wine-growing subregion from the Lednice village in Moravia. For all varieties, the basic analytical parameters of the qualitative characters were determined. Everything was statistically evaluated and compared. The literary part deals with problems of resistance, propagation, occurrence and description of the three most serious diseases that have just begun to breed these resistant varieties. For this research is a brief look and description of each variety separately, their origins, ampelographic features, suitable habitat and oenological properties.
