V diplomové práci je zpracováno téma využití pomocných látek ve vinohradnictví. V literární část se věnuje legislativě a specifikaci pomocných látek v zemědělství. Byl popsán způsob fungování a přednosti herbicidních safenerů v zemědělství. Pokus s přípravkem Albit byl založen na modré moštové odrůdě Zweigeltrebe ve Slovácké vinařské podoblasti v roce 2017. Pokus byl složen z varianty ošetřené přípravkem Albit a kontrolní varianty. Všechny zásahy ve vinici proběhly vždy ve stejný čas a ve stejné intenzitě. Vliv ošetření přípravkem Albit byl vyhodnocen na parametrech hroznů při sklizni. V diplomové práci byly posuzovány hodnoty cukernatosti, výnosu hroznů, obsah kyselin a pH moštu, čistý výnos pokusu, hmotnost hroznů z jednoho keře, průměrná hmotnost hroznu a průměrná hmotnost bobule. Z hlediska výnosu je patrné, že varianta pokusu, ve které byl použit přípravek Albit, dosáhla vyššího výnosu a mírně vyšší cukernatosti než kontrolní varianta. Z celkového hlediska je patrné, že se varianta ošetřená přípravkem Albit ukázala jako výhodnější. The diploma thesis deals with the use of auxiliary substances in viticulture. The literary part deals with legislation and specification of auxiliary substances in agriculture. A description of the way in which herbicide safeners work in agriculture. The experiment with Albit was based on the blue grape variety Zweigeltrebe in the Slovácko wine-growing subregion in 2017. The experiment was composed of a variant treated with Albit and control variants. All the interventions in the vineyard were always at the same time and at the same intensity. The effect of treatment with Albit was evaluated on grape harvest parameters. In the diploma thesis the values of sugar content, yield of grapes, acid content and pH of must, the net yield of the experiment, the weight of the grapes from one shrub, the average weight of the grapes and the average weight of the berries were evaluated. In terms of yield, it is clear that the variant of the trial using Albit achieved a higher yield and a slightly higher sugar content than the control variant. Overall, it is clear that the variant treated with Albit proved more advantageous.
