Assessment Studies in Selected Company Business in Terms of Cost

This thesis deals with assessment studies of business in company Zoko, spol. s r. o. in terms of costs. It introduces the company and costs resulting from the production for the main customer. This production represents the majority of the whole production. Based on knowledge of cost theory and gathered information about the company, it presents measures leading to cost savings from production processes of the company Zoko.
Process performance analysis

Presented thesis entitled “Process performance analysis” deals with problems in identification of the causes of the increasing cost and declining quality of the products, their minimization or complete removal. Further analysis will address the cost of low quality, serving as a basis for possible recovery of the fleet. All material presented in this thesis were collected in the company of NEVOGA, s r.o. engaged in manufacturing parts for the construction industry.

This master´s thesis is focused on the practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new attendance system for the primary school Vejrostova. First of all, the specifics of theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, including the analysis of the corporate environment, are explained. Based on these outcomes, the project proposal solution is created for the main purpose of improving the quality of the school´s security system and improving internal services leading to increased employee efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Optimization of business processes in the company LEF s.r.o.

The master thesis deals with optimization of business processes in a food company. For this purpose the attention is paid to the three areas, namely process analysis, implementation of activity based costing model and business process optimization. The theoretical part describes the linkage between process analysis and activity based costing and acts as theoretical framework for practical part of the thesis. Presented cost model is implemented in existing company and information provided by model is used for business process optimization.

This work is divided into four parts: the sense of costs monitoring, costs classification and their record, possibility of costs analyse and real costs analysis. First part deals with importance of costs monitoring, what costs affect. Second part reflects costs classification meanly different position and their record.
