The Optimizing of the Process in the Quality Control - ISO 9001

In my master´s thesis I am dealing with process approach as one of the basic principles resulting from management according to ISO 9001. Introductory theoretical part pays attention to basic thesis resulting from ISO 9001. In practical part I analyze processes, system of continual improvement and I show economical drop of the International Standard implementation. In the last part I mention the proposals to optimize the process approach.
Certification of Quality management system

The Bachelor’s thesis deal with the quality management system certification. In the introduction to the points at issue you can find an explanation of some basic ČSN EN ISO 9001 terms, its history, origin and development. After that some particular ISO standards of 9000 series and methodological instructions for accreditation (MPA 50-01-07) are discussed. The biggest emphasis is put on standard ČSN EN ISO 9001. Particularly chapters 4 to 8 are analysed here. The other significant part of the theses is the chapter 7 dealing with the process of certification. The whole process from its origin up to the edition of a certificate, following supervision and re-certification is here described in detail. The current state evaluation and future development prediction are given in the conclusion.

Technical Assistance of Change Management Support

The project inspects and discusses improvements of the technical assistance of Change Management support within IT service provider. The primary objective of the procet is to analyse and implement a new software tool to display possible improvements. This project involves whole software development proces including requirements collection, systém analysis, design, implementation. In the first part, the IT service management, especially Change Management area and ITIL methodology is described. In the second part, the analysis of current state of the proces implementation and software tool is discussed and proposed opportunities for improvement. In the end, the results are summarized and possibilities of the future improvements are proposed.

Evaluation of quality management system implementation in selected company

The goal of this work is to evaluate the implementation of quality management system in the organization, identification of bottlenecks, including a proposal to remove them. The diploma thesis reports on the quality norms ISO according to their transformation into the requirements of company practical form. I analyse the ways in which the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008 the organization can be utilized in the activities, processes and quality requirements. The thesis deals with the various fundamental points of standards and the standard met in the organization is described.The final part is concerned with current state. I consider the pre-certified quality system and finally the possible way for improvement is suggested.

First, the system of quality management is described theoretically and this knowledge is then utilized to evaluate the selected company. These diploma thesis are oriented on a analysis of quality management system in Fezko a. s. Strakonice and propose possibilities for its improvement. Quality management system is in this company on high level. Company is certified according to ISO/TS 16949. The opportunities for system improvement were detected particularly in production control area and material flow. I propose using of modern quality management tools and implementing of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology in production, including kaizen and kanban techniques.
