The content of the thesis is the solution the technological stages of finishing works new multifunctional building in the village Návojná. The work focuses on the implementation of floor construction and contact thermal insulation system. The work includes a technical report, technological situation, the organization of the construction, plan work safety and time schedule. Further technological regulations of selected construction processes, inspection and test plan, inventory of machines, bill of quantities and selected details of construction solutions.

The main subject of this thesis is the roofing structure of a building used to run a small to medium-sized family winery with own wine production intended for subsequent sale and a guesthouse type of accommodation. This thesis includes a complete technical report, technological regulations, statements, assessment documentation, time schedule, itemized budget, assembly machinery draft, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at the building site, principles and organizational aspects of construction, details and other technical documentation for all stages.

Návrh sedacího prvku do interiéru

This thesis deals with the design of a seating element for interior, specifically a chair made of solid ash wood. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the historical development, typology and requirements for seating furniture, with a focus on chairs. The practical part deals with the design of a specific chair, which is the subject of this thesis. This part includes research of the Czech and foreign market, as well as a detailed description of the design process, from the initial idea to the final design. In addition, mechanical property tests of the chair were conducted using stability calculation and finite element method. The last part of the thesis describes the production of a functional model of the chair in real scale, including the materials used. The chair is designed to become a timeless piece of furniture that combines honest craftsmanship of solid wood with modern chair design, featuring visually interesting construction details.
