Project is specialized to work on modern CAD systems. Introduction treats of the development technical drawing and separates it into periods. There are compared two programs from Autodesk – AutoCAD a Inventor in the next part. Program Autodesk Inventor 2008 Suite is shown in more detail and project show innovations in this program compared to last versions. Work on Autodesk Inventor is shown at production of model of elementary electrotechnic equipment, technical documentation and presentation. This model, engineering drawings and presentation are the part of enclosure project. In end of project is attempt at the look to future of technical drawing.
Production Concept of USB Wall Socket Used for Charging Mobile Devices

Bachelor thesis is focused on production of USB socket cover located in the wall, allowing to charge mobile devices without using an adapter. The theoretical part deals with the additive technology Rapid Prototyping and the parametric modeling software Autodesk Inventor, its terminology and functions. The practical part deals with the actual construction and production of individual parts of the cover. The thesis is concluded with technical and economic evaluation of components production.
Principle of superficies solo cedit

PRINCIPLE OF SUPERFICIES SOLO CEDIT This thesis focuses on the superficies solo cedit principle, which can be translated as "the surface yields to the ground". The principle originated in Roman law and is projected into legal systems of most of the European democratic countries until today. According to this principle, everything firmly attached to the ground or grown on the land is component part of the land. Therefore, plants and structures are considered as typical component parts of the tract of land. The owner of the tract of land simultaneously and automatically owns its component parts. All dispositions regarding the tract of land must include the component parts, as component parts are not separate objects of law. This thesis deals with the evolution and regulation of the superficies solo cedit principle in Roman law, as well as in legal orders valid on the Czech territory until now. The main focus is on the analysis and comparison of previous legal regulations and currently valid civil law, represented by Act No. 89/2012 Sb., Civil Code. Close attention is given to the definition of things in legal sense, definition of immovable things and related legal concepts, particularly to the right of superficies and other exceptions from the principle superficies solo cedit. SUPERFICIES SOLO CEDIT English Abstract Andrea Gabrielová The topic of my master thesis is represented by an ancient roman principle called superficies solo cedit. This principle is gowerning the ownership of the land and is closely linked to the legal institutes as component parts, immovables, the right of superficies.. According to this principle, buldings and plants form part of the main legal object, which is land the superficies solo cedit principle leads us to the ancient Rome, which has been giving complex legal base to the current continental system of law untill nowadays. Therefore I dedicate my first chapter to the origin of the principle in roman law. Second chapter is dedicated to the ABGB Code, which is basicly inspired by roman law and as itself is the main source of the new Civil Code Nr. 89/2012 Sb. New civil code is the core of this thesis. Above all because it reestablished the superficies solo cedit principle and after many years brought it to life. Reestablishment of the principle has uncountable consequences not only in the area of private law. The most important consequence brought to the frame of private law is the unification of the legal régime of constructions and land.
