The diploma thesis is focused on creating a competitive strategy that is active in sales of jewelry and watches. The thesis analyzes the current situation of the company, examines the environmental factors acting on the company or individual processes within the enterprise. Through the goals and results of competitive advantage is leading the work to design a competitive strategy and its implementation over time.

The presented Bachelor Thesis aims to outline the possibilities for reaching competitiveness of a company and the assessment of its reflexion on results for his economy, especially in connection with the beginning economic crisis. In the theoretical part of the thesis, first of all the basic terms concerning competitiveness are explained and further chosen economic indexes suitable to the assessment of economic results of a company are introduced here. In the practical part of the thesis, the economic evaluation of a presentive company is carried out with the aim to find out, by means of financial indexes, if it reaches stable economic results and if the beginning economic crisis has become evident in these results.
Marketing strategy of the village primary school management within the competitive background created by the town primary schools

The final thesis focuses on evaluating the marketing strategies of the village primary school management within the competitive background created by the town primary schools. One of the main points of the thesis is to enrich these strategies by means of executive directors' as well as my own experience. Other sources of such enrichment are the study literature and the available research knowledge as well as the knowledge of the chief pedagogical executives' final theses. In this respect, the marketing strategies should be posing a benefit for a classical village primary school to stand up to the challenging competitive struggle. The benefit from the thesis consists in using its conclusions by the village school headmasters as well as the institutors.

This Master's Thesis follows up creation of marketing strategy of SLUSNY shop. The author, is actively participating in the leading of the company. The Thesis is based on data received from situation analysis of SLUSNY's microenvironment, macroenvironment and from marketing research. The situation analysis contains several marketing analysis means used in business practice. According to founded data, the author is generating suitable marketing strategy for SLUSNY shop. The goal of the Thesis is to create marketing strategy, which is logically connected to obtained data, is based on competition advantage and can lead company to its goal.
