Design of mobile chipper
Svoboda, Tomáš ; Šuranský, Michal (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of a mobile chipper that uses mass-produced compact tractors VARI as its energy sources. This Bachelor thesis is divided into four main chapters: a description of the basic technology used for processing natural materials that is characteristic of this type of equipment, the current state of structural details of compact tractors VARI and their equipment, a detailed study of technical aspects of the compact tractor providing the power, various drafts of possible solutions with a presentation of a functional home-made prototype, and a detailed description of the final version of the design. The thesis also includes an approximate calculation of the maximal possible diameter of the processed material and a technical drawing.
The engine of a tractor
Mátyás, Attila ; Sedláček, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and selection of a small utility tractor engine unit. The first theoretical part briefly describes tractors with similar weight category, provides an overview of existing tractor brands and their comparison. The second part of this thesis consists of analytical calculations based on the provided parameters of the tractor. Total power will be the sum of the individual power required for the various technical operations during functioning. The last part deals with selecting the suitable engine unit from the available brochures of world manufacturers based on the calculated values.
Design of mini backhoe
John, Václav ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
Main goal of this bachelor thesis is design of a backhoe for a compact tractor. First part of this thesis describes principle of the backhoe. In the second part different design solutions for each component are considered. In the third part basic design calculations are described. Last part shows models of components for chosen design solution.
