Lifting mechanism is implemented as a chain drive, with own designed chain guide. Work contains a description of the individual components, corresponding calculations and drawings.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the creeper for technological production line. Part of this thesis is the technical report with analysis and calculation of the proposed solution, describing the ultimate possibility of chain drives and different types of chain. Attached to the project is drawing documentation containing the plan of the facility, subassembly drive chain tension and the detailed drawing of the drive chain wheel.

The output of the bachelor thesis are drawings.

Design of conveyor of couplers

This thesis is focused on the design of conveyor of couplers with regard to the requirements for the resolution, and consisting of several parts. The first part outlines the given issue, short research study and an idea of solution. The next part concentrates on the structural design of the whole conveyor. Then the description of the first part of the conveyor including the structural design and the required calculations follow. Finally, other conveyor parts, the budget and the instruction manual are explained. The thesis includes the related drawings and all necessary calculations for other conveyors parts as well.

The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of chain transmissions and their general using. The next part describes calculations of the chain drive. The design of the shifter is processed regarding to realizing the assignment and the good functionality of the device. The output of the thesis is a technical report describing the design theory and calculations. The drawings of the main assemblies of the device are attached.

Bucket elevator

This bachelor thesis deals with the functional design of the bucket elevator for the vertical transport of coke. The research section contains a brief introduction to the bucket elevator problematics. Other sections deal with the functional analysis comprising gravity discharge control. Engineering design of elevator's components is further focused mainly on the drive shaft control. To this thesis are attached appropriate drawings.
