Electronic Mail Room of the BUT

This dissertation thesis attends to problems of electronic registry for VUT. It deals with the principal of electronic registry functioning, electronic signature and it compares offer of the commercial registries. It goes in for the proposal and implementation of the electronic registry for VUT. Since the using of the e- registry on all public service Office was legalized the people can avoid long queues and the employees are avoided from the stress before dead lines. By the communication through the electronic registry is very important the electronical signature. It is almost a full-valued and lawful alternative to the physical signature. For its safety and utility this system employes asymmetric codes and hash algorithm. Presently in many states, where the electronical signature is legalized it is used together with standard X 509 which defines the format of certificates, organization and action of certification authorities. The certification autority ensures safe connection of the person and general key for using of the electronical signature.
Anonymous communication on the internet

The objective of this master’s thesis was to describe current capabilities of anonymous browsing over the Internet. The theoretical part focuses on three main methods of anonymization with main focus on Tor network. The master‘s thesis describes advantages and disadvantages of different solutions and possible attacks on them. In the next part is demonstrated Tor network, implementation of Hidden service and secured access to the server for clients and possible attacks against this proposal. The work also includes the results of measurements of all three anonymizers and the effects on their speed.
Cyber security of endpoint elements

This paper describes the design of cyber security for endpoints working on the ARM hardware architecture with the Linux operating system and using the TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols for network communication. In the introduction, the reader is introduced to the basic concepts of cyber security as well as to the public key infrastructure (PKI) and ways of establishing a secure connection. The reader is introduced to the basic security techniques and the standard regulating security for industrial automation systems. In the practical part, the threat assessment of the presented network infrastructure is elaborated, and security functions that are embedded in NXP i.MX 7 processors and can be used for the cryptographic security of these devices are described.

Electronic identification and trust services in electronic transactions

Bachelors thesis talking about problematics of electronic identification and trust services in electronic transactions. It describes and explains concepts used in the area of electronical communication mentioned in regulation eIDAS. Solutions demonstrating trust services are part of the work. As practical part of this thesis was created laboratory exercise, in which will students try the possibilities offered by certification authority. The goal of this work is explanation and definition of concepts according to eIDAS regulations and realization of system demonstrating these services.

Based on facts that the all present Tesco’s Remote Access Systems have not any longer met the increasing requirements and needs of corporate users and suppliers it is clear that the main scope is to find and implement such Solution that will meet and exceed all requirements. The main Project Aspects are to be the ease of use, security of the solution, unexacting administration of the system and user groups, and one unified Solution for the all Countries from the region of Central Europe that is suitably integrated in the Tesco IT infrastructure.

Bachelor thesis "Electronic registry for local authority" is focused on usage of electronic registries for electronic communication between citizens and public authority. The first part describes the legislative page incidental with e-registries, principles of their functionality, and important requierements which are set on e-registiries. Furthermore elementary electronic signature's informations are included, along with creation and verification, and informations about certificates and certification authorities. The usage of digital signature at communication with electronic registry is also described. The second part is used to present particular concept of implemented sample electronic registry's system, and the solution of picked problems.

Bachelor thesis "Module for Electronic Communication with the Czech Tax Administration" has aim at the creation of module for electronic communication with the Czech Tax Administration (CTA) and implementation of one pilot electronic declaration of taxes for this office. It deals with legislation and methods used for declaring tax. It analyzes the used technologies: XML, methods of creation of digital signatures, signed certificate, certificate authority and HTTPS communication. Next, it describes procedure of layout, implementation of module for communication with CTA and problems solved during the implementation.

The main purpose of this master's thesis is to create electronic mail room of The BUT. First of all I described problems concerning a digital signature, its use and safety, and as well as sphere of qualified certificates and method of their issuing by certification authority. The next part of the thesis deals with systems enabling electronic submission (so-called "Electronic Mail Room"). I have focused on available applications providing electronic submission service to civil offices, and subsequently analyzed functions that individual applications offer to the Mail Room clients as well as to authority staff. On the basis of gained knowledge and according CVIS requirements I created project of electronic submission for needs of the Brno University of Technology. Result of this thesis is the application of electronic mail room, implemented in BUT portal.
