Source for heat production in the Czech Republic
Macek, Robin ; Kracík, Petr (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with sources for heat production in the Czech Republic. The first part is a research part and is about used heating technology in our country. The second part is again research part and describes individually in more detail parts of the heat sources, as boils, turbines, heat exchangers a heat distribution. The next chapter compares advantages and disadvantages of central heat supply and local source of heat, first theoretically and then practically. The last part balances production of the heat and electricity from the point of view of the fuel used and the amount of production over the past 15 years.
Losses in central heat supply pipes
Stupka, Jaroslav ; Milčák, Pavel (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with heat loss in central heat supply pipes. First of all, research of pipe insulation, heating networks and pipe installation has been done. Then, the section of heating network has been described. After that, heat loss has been calculated separately for each dimension as well as type of insulation and pipe installation. It has been also evaluated during heating and out of heating season. In the end, total heat loss in the section of heating network using summation of that particular heat loss has been quantified.
Indoor environment in residential buildings
Hudcová, Nikola ; Formánek, Marian (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The master‘s thesis deals with the design of heating and hot water preparation for the panel house G57 in Brno. The thesis consists of three parts, namely theoretical, computational and experimental. The theoretical part deals with the indoor environment of buildings. The calculation part deals with the complete design of the building's heating. Two variants of the design of the heat source are made, the first variant is a central heat supply and the second is a cascade of three heat pumps. Hot water preparation, fittings, circulation pumps, security devices and other equipment are designed for both heat source variants. The experimental part contains the measurement of selected parameters of the indoor environment in 3 different objects for housing. The task of the measurement was to find out whether the criteria of the indoor environment of the objects for living are met.
Absorption cycle in the heating industry
Pleva, Ondřej ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
Goal of this thesis is to introduce technology of absorption heat pumps in various modifications. Technical design draft is created for chosen modification (single stage unit water-LiBr) and based on given parameters calculated in computing software EES (engineering equation solver) and process is explained step-by-step. Following part of thesis contains reference design draft of heat plant and this design is used to demonstrate several different options of applying absorption heat pump including version capable of providing also cooling. Those options are compared with each other from technological and economical stand point.
SAKO Brno - heat output in CHP
Mazák, Tomáš ; Skála, Zdeněk (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to design a solution thermal power outlet of incinerator in hot water for the supply this town of heat. First and foremost are described problems landfill society and their implications on the environment. Next some alternatives of the waste and the burning in incinerators are described too. The thesis describes the history of the first incineration plant in the Czech Republic and its subsequent upgrading of the economical and environmentally friendly waste recovery and modernization of flue gas cleaning. Contribution of the work is then proposed as amendments to equipment and wiring for use of steam for the conversion heat output into hot water. This is essentially a calculation of steam water heaters at the end of the expansion of the steam and the related adjustments to the turbine blading. At the conclusion outlines the basic economic calculation and comparison of profits and investment associated with this implementation compared to implementation, which is now projected. It is a calculation of investment efficiency and its possible repayment due to higher profits from the sale of energy. This work serves only as a basis work for future technical realization and it outlines the appropriateness of this alteration.
Determination of price indicators for the construction of hot water pipelines
Nosek, Vojtěch ; Biolek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Tuscher, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with the determination of price indicators for the construction of hot water pipelines. On the basis of the analysis of construction budget is created a calculation model for the calculation of investment costs for the construction of the hot water sites. The outputs of the costing model are compared with the cost of implemented projects and the calculation deviation is determined
