The master´s thesis deals with analysis of the investment project insert investment in administrativ building for owner. Based on the decision whether it is appropriate to sell or lease the property, either in an existing state, or reconstructed. I describe the methodologies calculations methodologies and necessary concepts for their understanding of the concepts in the theoretical part. The practical part I can divide into administrative, market valuation methodology, the resulting values and use of the outputs in the analysis of real estate.

Master's thesis explores the behavior of real estate agents, real estate market features and its specifics. Thesis monitors selling of properties from the perspective of the seller and the buyer. It is focused on advices for succesfull sale of the property and it is describing, what could affect the selling process. Practical part is focused on pre-sale services, correct marketing when selling a property and it closely describes pitfalls of estate agencies.

Investice do zemědělské půdy

The Bachaler's thesis deals with investing to the agricultural land. In the literary part, there is described a price of agricultural land and some parameter, which influence the price of land. The aim of my work is to evaluate different alternatives of tenancy and purchase of land including the ways of financing the soils. Final I make an analysis of return of investment in the soils.
