The Sports and education centre - the rough superstructure

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technology of rough upper stage of construction of The Sport and education centre in Petrovice. The building has two floors. Outer and inner walls are made of brick system. Internal pillars and ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The work content is a technological regulation, technical reports, site equipment, mechanical design assembly, budget, timing plan, control and testing plan, work safety and environmental protection.
Apartment Building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction or for the issuance of a building permit referred to in § 108 paragraph 1 of the Building Act for an apartment building in the cadastral area of Jistebnice. The building is located on the outskirts of the city in a built-up area on a slightly sloping plot number 234. It is a new building in the area. Where there are no apartment buildings yet, but the plot is intended for this use. The building is designed as a basement apartment building with 4 floors above ground and one underground floor, in which there are a total of 11 apartments. There are always 3 flats on the first three floors, and there are two flats on the fourth. Three apartments are smaller for couples and starting families, the rest are designed as for families of 3 to 4 members. A parking lot with one parking space for each apartment has been built on the plot. The construction system of the building is a wall, made of PORTHERM ceramic blocks. The ceilings are reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is single-skinned above the living space, double-skinned above the staircase.

Main objective of my bachelor’s thesis is elaborating design documentation for performs of structures for apartment building in cadastre unit town of Velká Bíteš with almost zero consumtion. Object is located on the edge of the town in built-up area designated for living in apartment houses, on quiet flat plot number 2051. Apartment house is located on the edge of the plot and no its volume does not disrupt original charakter surrounding buildings. Object is designed like apartment house with a cellar and 3 above-ground floor containing 8 apartment units. Ground floor contains 2 apartment units and the other two floor contains 3 apartment units in each floor. 7 apartment units are designated for 3 to 4 members of families, 1 apartment unit in ground floor is designated like a accessible flat. To ensure parking space for transport is necessary to built a parking place, pedestrian walkway and space for waste storage. Structural system is wall and masonry system made from clay bricks HELUZ. Ceilings solved in the same construction system like a ¨put together¨ceilings HELUZ MIAKO with addition reinfored concrete slab in area of cantilever balcony slab and area of stairs. Roof is designed like a warm flat roof.
Family house

The subject of this Bachelor‘s thesis is newly built house for 6 people in the village Slavoňov in district Náchod. House is a single storey, part basement building with residential attic. The building garage, office and residential terraces partially protrude from the main body of the house. The house is designed as a brick building from the ceramic blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled main mass with eccentric ridge. Over the working place is designed shed roof. Above the garage flat ply roof. The land is longitudinal, long side oriented SW-NE direction. Slightly sloping, downward from the road. All structures comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.
Familly house

This work deals with the new family house for a four member family and detached design or architectural office in the town of Palkovice . Project documentation is processed in accordance with current applicable laws, regulations and standards. The building will be located on a separate building lot. The property is located close to III. class communication and all the necessary utilities. This is a two-storey building, on the first floor there are living room with kitchen, bedroom and sanitary facilities. There is also a shelter for car parking and a detached office with sanitary facilities . Ground-plan of the family house has the shape of two cantilevered perpendicular rectangles , whose outline dimensions are 18.75 x 9.00 m. The office building is shaped as a rectangle with dimensions of 8.75 x 5.75 m. The foundations are designed as monolithic from unreinforced concrete into the formwork foundation boards with embedded reinforcement. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of aerated concrete blocks. The vertical load-bearing structures of the shelter are made of galvanized steel elements and filling gabion walls. Ceilings are made of ceramic beam system with ceramic inserts HELUZ . Floors are made up of ceramic tiles and floating flooring. The building is covered with a flat roof single-shell thermal insulation. Above the shelter and the terrace there is a flat roof with a steel frame and wooden ceiling rafters. The ceiling is made up of ceiling boards Rheinzink. This work dealt with the preparatory and study work , executive documentation , text message, calculations of the thermal assessment , fire safety solutions and seminar work that addresses the problem of flat roofs.
New building of nursery school

This master´s thesis is focused on suitable design of a new nursery school building. Nursery school is situated in suburban area, and as such two level design was chosen. The building has U shape outline. Ground floor is intended for basic operation of the nursery school, while the second floor is designed to accommodate various extra-curricular activities. Foundations of the building are made of plain concrete. Porotherm system is used for all walling. Ceilings are made of precast hollow core slabs - Spiroll. Object is covered with a flat roof.
Apartment building

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to create project documentation for the construction of a detached apartment house on the outskirts of Vyškov city. The apartment building is designed as a partial basement, a four-story terraced building. In the basement are located cellars used for storage of each apartment unit, technical facilities of the building, and a common room. There are a total of 9 apartments on the upper floors. On the first floor and the second floor are designed apartments with category 3 + kk. On the third floor are located apartments with category 5+kk (maisonette). Each apartment has its own terrace accessible from the living room and maisonette apartments are also complemented by balconies on the top floor. The apartment building is based on flat reinforced concrete foundations. The structural system of the basement is made of waterproof concrete and together with the foundation slab forms a so-called "white tub". The non-basement part is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The core of the building (staircase and elevator shaft) is also designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The vertical load-bearing structures of the upper floors are designed as masonry from classic and acoustic sand-lime blocks. Non-load-bearing ones are made as masonry partitions either of sand-lime blocks of thickness 150 mm or 115 mm. Building envelope is designed as a ventilated facade with timber cladding. The ceilings are made as cast-in-place reinforced slabs and in some rooms, they are equipped with SDK suspended ceilings, either directly anchored or suspended. The flat roof above the 4th floor is a green roof. The 3rd floor is covered with a warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Windows and exterior doors are aluminum and glazed with insulating triple glazing.

Master thesis focuses on complex conducting of the technological project with accented earthwork, laying foundations and ceiling construction. Apartment building consists of two floors and is based in complicated geotechnical conditions which require changing subsoil and laying a foundation slab. The main aim of this thesis is a proposal of technological notes, time and financial management, selection of machinery, transport to the building site, work safety regulations, quality check of the conducted work and construction organisation.

Bachelor's prize dealing with the state of all states in the territory of the family house. The aim of the work is to design new layouts and adjust the branches designed in the presented products in internships in internships in internships of internships of internships. Subsequently, a static calculation of the city by contractions is made, which includes their dimensional and assessment of the ultimate limit state and usability. The individual bones of the ceiling located above the ground floor family houses are assessed for these conditions. Between the assessed contrasting jaws, a monolithic ceiling slab, beams, balcony, staircase and column, which is directly connected to the ceiling slab. The calculation of internal forces was demonstrably in the student versions of the Dlubal RFEM 5 program. It is part of the trade documents for the life of the mentioned elements. The export was proceeded according to valid standards and principles.
