Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby anebo pro vydání stavebního povolení uvedené v § 108 odst. 1 stavebního zákona pro bytový dům v katastrálním území města Jistebnice. Objekt se nachází na okraji města v zastavěném území na mírně svažité parcele číslo 234. Jde o novostavbu v území. Kde se ještě nenacházejí bytové domy, ale parcela je k tomuto využití určena. Objekt je navržený jako podsklepený bytový dům se 4 nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím, v kterých je dohromady 11 bytů. V prvních třech nadzemních podlažích je vždy po 3 bytech ve čtvrtém jsou dva byty. Tři byty jsou menší pro páry a začínající rodiny, zbylé jsou koncipovány jako pro 3 až 4 členné rodiny. Na pozemku je zbudováno parkoviště s jedním parkovacím místem pro každý byt. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový, zděný z keramických tvárnic PORTHERM. Stropy jsou ŽB desky. Střecha je jednoplášťová nad obytnými prostory, dvouplášťová nad schodištěm. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction or for the issuance of a building permit referred to in § 108 paragraph 1 of the Building Act for an apartment building in the cadastral area of Jistebnice. The building is located on the outskirts of the city in a built-up area on a slightly sloping plot number 234. It is a new building in the area. Where there are no apartment buildings yet, but the plot is intended for this use. The building is designed as a basement apartment building with 4 floors above ground and one underground floor, in which there are a total of 11 apartments. There are always 3 flats on the first three floors, and there are two flats on the fourth. Three apartments are smaller for couples and starting families, the rest are designed as for families of 3 to 4 members. A parking lot with one parking space for each apartment has been built on the plot. The construction system of the building is a wall, made of PORTHERM ceramic blocks. The ceilings are reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is single-skinned above the living space, double-skinned above the staircase.
