TITLE: Care about non-teaching staff at elementary schools AUTHOR: Lenka Dvořáková DEPARTMENT: Centrum školského managementu SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Irena Lhotková PhD. ABSTRACT: The baccalaureate work is engaged in legitimate, contracting and voluntary care non- pedagogical workers in basic schools as a supportive medium for better working achievements of these workers. The theoretical part deals with history, kinds of care about employees and its legal basis. It comes out from publications of authors which are engaged in personnel management and proceeding of people, from laws and web-based news services. The work is mainly specialized in possibilities and usage of the means in benefit of non-pedagogical workers. The experimental part of this work submits results of exploratory survey and it is claimed what range obligatory care of non-pedagogical workers is provided if the voluntary care is provided and whether it can be a motivation for non-pedagogical workers.
